A good experience all round
A good experience all round. From getting a quote, placing the order and getting the shipment delivered everything was good. Communication throughout was great. When the product arrived the quality is very good and went together easily. The cabinets look great and would recommend them.

Quality furniture
Bought several pieces of furniture from Sena Furniture. The first was over 10 years ago and it still looks like new, very happy with the quality. Recently bought a new dining table. The manufacturer initially sent the wrong legs but Sena were very good at resolving the problem for me. Table looks fab.

Thank you for trusting Sena with your home for over a decade! We’re thrilled your first piece still shines - rafting heirloom-quality furniture is our greatest pride.
While we’re delighted your new dining table now complements your space beautifully, we apologise for the leg mix-up. Your patience allowed us to strengthen quality checks with our partners.
Best wishes,

Neala 210 sideboard
I ordered a Neala 210 sideboard - it really is a fantastic piece of furniture. It looks great and looks far more expensive than it actually was. It arrived almost fully assembled - the Sena guys just had to put the doors on when it was in situ.
The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is the delivery time was 6.5 weeks rather than the 3-5 weeks stated on the website. Having said that, they rang me to agree a specific delivery slot with me and were punctual on the day.
I would definitely recommend this company.

We’re glad our team ensured a smooth installation and on-time delivery day. However, we sincerely apologise for the initial delay exceeding our estimated timeframe. Your feedback has already sparked improvements to our delivery forecasting - we’re committed to better transparency moving forward.

Great sideboard when it arrived
Great sideboard when it arrived, my husband put it together and we are really happy with it. The only complaint I would make is the length of time it took to get to us. The reviews said it would be about 2 - 3 weeks but it took a lot longer for delivery. I would order from this company again.

Thumbs up for Sena Furniture!
The shoe cabinet was well made and exactly as described in the advert. Delivery was very prompt and everything arrived in good condition - the packaging was very secure. Self assembly of the unit went well, and everything fitted together nicely and accurately, although the overall task took much longer than the optimistic 1.5 hours suggested in the booklet. Thankfully all the small parts and screws, etc. were complete with no missing bits.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your detailed feedback! We're delighted to hear that your shoe cabinet arrived safely and met your expectations in terms of quality and description. 😊
You're absolutely right, perhaps we should revise that 1.5-hour estimate! But we're glad everything fitted together perfectly and all parts were present.
Your feedback about the packaging is particularly appreciated - we take extra care to ensure our furniture reaches our customers in perfect condition.
Thank you again for choosing us, and we hope your new shoe cabinet serves you well for years to come!

Great experience
Absolutely blown away with my sideboard purchase from Sena Furniture. It fits the space in my conservatory perfectly, so much space, and the man who put it all together was so careful and took his time to make sure everything was properly aligned with the doors. I will definitely go to this company for another purchase, if needed. I am so happy that I came across this company whilst looking for a sideboard. Top class furniture.

Just got my bedroom furniture delivered and I'm over the moon! Got the full set - bed, bedside tables and highboard. Everything's gorgeous and such good value. Delivery guys were legends - built it all, took away the packaging and were really friendly. The bed's properly solid and the storage pieces are perfect. Dead chuffed with how it's all turned out! Definitely found my go-to furniture shop now 😊 Thanks guys!

Excellent service, good quality furniture
I ordered the Eris 1 TV stand. I was keen on a quick delivery and found it easy to liaise with the company via the Chat service. It was delivered less than a week later. The delivery company was brilliant, giving continuous updates regarding where they were and when to expect them. They delivered the unit to my room of choice. I opted for the self assembly option. I assembled the unit on my own so it took me much longer to complete than suggested but I found the procedure fairly straightforward overall. Just take your time and lay everything out before hand. The unit was actually very well packed so no issues with any scratches or damage. I even managed to get the doors aligned exactly which has often been an issue with self assembly in the past. The unit is solid with a lovely wooden top. My only slight issue is with the lighting. I would have preferred a warm light rather than a cool white light. That is something I may change myself if it continues to annoy me. Otherwise everything else was great. I would highly recommend this company.

What a great company to find
What a great company to find! I was about to order a display cabinet from a competitor and stumbled upon Sena Furniture accidentally. It saved me £250!! The same cabinet was £649 including £79 delivery. Sena was around £400 with FREE Delivery. The competitor was a six week wait. Sena delivered to Aberdeen the next day. Speaking to Sebastian and Marika was a pleasure. Managed to change the colour of my cabinet with ease. Amazing can’t recommend highly enough - Mark the driver was in time and good fun. Thank you will definitely use again

Neptune highboard
I bought the Neptune highboard.. and paid extra to have it delivered fully assembled. Communication was great, and was expecting a delivery at the beginning of February…. However due to my location - north east of Scotland, it took another 4 months to get it delivered … apart from the painful wait, the product is beautiful and I was delighted with the delivery- fully traceable and the quality of the board…. So I am finally a happy customer :)

Thank you so much for your kindness and patience—it means a lot! 🌟 Delivering to the stunning but remote corners of Scotland can sometimes throw us a curveball (who knew logistics had a dramatic side?), and we’re deeply sorry the wait tested your resolve. But wow—your positivity and trust through it all? Truly inspiring.
Thrilled the Neptune highboard finally arrived and stole your heart! It looks absolutely stunning in our minds’ eye, and knowing it’s settled into your space beautifully makes every hurdle worth it! 🥂

Outstanding furniture and customer service at Sena
We have purchased furniture and accessories for our home from Sena, for many years and have always been impressed with the quality of the items and the excellent customer service.
When we decided to convert one of our spare bedroom to a walk-in wardrobe, it was the obvious place to go and once again, Sebastian at Sena did not disappoint. We sat down and discussed what we were looking for and he then created a CAD drawing of what it would look like in situ, both internally and externally. We discussed finishes and fitments and once agreed, we only waited a couple of weeks for the furniture to be available for fitting.
Sebastian and his team came out and fitted the wardrobes and drawers, which included a wraparound corner wardrobe, paying particular attention to levelling and spacing to ensure the perfect result.
We couldn’t be more delighted and would have no hesitation in recommending Sena to anyone.

We’re thrilled it’s everything you dreamed of!
Your recommendation means the world. Can’t wait to help with your next home transformation!
