Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish. I’m always worried about selling phones these days and being marked down due to non existent damage. But I can’t fault this company at all. They paid the full amount quoted and paid the same day as the phone was received. I would absolutely recommend this company and will certainly consider using again should I need to in the future.

Not really sure what else to write other than this is the company to use and stick with… got a quote yesterday, and sent the phone off the same day, to now received an email confirming payment has been made, so technically the whole process has taken just under 24 hours

BRAND NEW SAMSUNG GALAXY ULTRA S23 (UNOPENED BOX)
I had a brand new Samsung Galaxy S23 256GB (Phantom Black) unopened box phone. Looked on comparison website to sell and SELLPHONE.CO.UK (based in Birmingham) offered me the best honest price. I sent my mobile on Wednesday and paid by Friday via bank transfer. Very easy. Mr Kal also gave me tips on how to send the mobile using Special Delivery post. A 5* with 100% honesty. I will deal with fantastic company again. Mrs M S Lunat. My comments are honest and impartial. I will highly recommend.

Seamless and effortless
I was a bit worried of selling my new phone but after reviews I gave it ago.to be honest the whole experience was Seamless and effortless.when I had querries about the sake, kal responded immediately which gave me confidence.sent my phone on next day delivery and as soon as they received. Honest company. Paid the full agreed sale price for my phone within 12hours of receiving. Exactly as the promised

I had previously used “we buy any phone” they invented a non existent scratch on an absolutely perfect phone and offered £120 less than agreed

Out of all the comparison sites offering, SellPhones.co.uk offered the best deal. On top of that the customer service operator was extremely helpful when I contacted about time frames and they were speedy in processing my claim and very quick in paying. This is by far the best comparison website I’ve used and the fastest and I would highly recommend for others to use.

Unbelievable Service
I posted a parcel containing 5 new phones that appeared to be delivered or missing. The team went the extra mile tracked it down with Royal Mail and updated me on its progress throughout its journey.
When it arrived the payment was completed inside an hour.
Fantastic service and don't think about using anyone else to sell you old phone.

Great company
From my experience I’d recommend this company great to deal with despite me making two mistakes I forgot too put my order details in the parcel a guy there sorted that for me over the phone he then contacted me the next day as I’d put my bank details in wrong and he sorted that for me also.
