It's a scam. Do not waste your time or money.

A week before my event the moved the date to July. I reviewed the ticket and realized they didn't even provide a complete address for the event.

I couldn't request a refund from my back because it was over 120 days (probably aligned with how they time the event postponement).

Anyway, dont believe a single good review. I'm confident those are the scammers peppering in a few good ones to make people take the risk. Learn from my mistake, and don't purchase from Sellout Tickets.

I bought an event ticket for “beauty and the feast”in Sydney on 5 September and the event date supposed to be 6 dec 2025. On the ticket, they mentioned the event location would be Sydney harbour Marriott hotel.

On 13 nov 2025, they sent me an email to inform me that the event was postponed without giving any reason. The event was postponed to 21 feb 2026. In the second ticket, the event location became secret location but with the address of Sydney harbour Marriott hotel.

On 4 Feb 2026, they sent me another email to inform me that the event was postponed again, and the new date was 9 may 2026. In the third ticket, the event location is still secret location with the address of Sydney harbour Marriott hotel.

Since this event was already being postponed twice so I tried to contact them through email yesterday and see if the event is still happening and like the others review mentioned, I still not yet received any reply at this moment.

Then I try to log in to the website and see if there is any update on the event. I found that the event date on my ticket is still 9 may 2026 but the event date in the information box has already changed to 14 NOV 2026. That means they change the date of the event again and this time they don’t even update me.

!!AVOID THIS WEBSITE !!

Be honest, I don’t think I can get refund from them based on the review from the others. I believed the replies from this company in this website is just“sellout ticket “try to make people believe that they got customer service or they are a real company which is still operating.

Don’t waste your time on this event website. Skip it.

My total was around $300
They have had my money over a year for an event that was supposed to take place in late 2025. I don't even remember how many times it has been rescheduled. I finally filled out a refund "request form" about a month ago. What a shock, I'm still waiting.
They "reschedule " an event over and over.
This was for TOKYO KARTS in Philly.

Very frustrated have brought tickets to the beauty and the beast which has been cancelled 3 times have sent many emails to get a cash refund back but nothing was meant to be settled months ago very frustrating and more I look into it a scam will be taken this matter future dont buy from these people SCAM

This website is a fraud and we need to find who is behind this fraud ticket purchase agency I purchased tickets since January for a March event they moved the event for
July and now again till December I had to be a birthday celebration and they took my money and didn’t get to celebrate my birthday some one please help how to get this website down for people to not get scammed!!!

They take it immediately and then cancel "reschedule " an event that's never going to happen. Officially requested a refund on 3/24... they said it would take 60 freaking days.
Today is April 30th... still no refund.

Sellout-tickets is a scam. Do not purchase from them. Was given a refund form 2 months ago and haven't gotten money back. Scam artists.

Just had to go through a "Refund Process" for an event that was cancelled TWICE, which I paid $230 for, called the Wizard's Feast Denver. Bought tickets in December for the event date of Jan 31, 2026; was told it was rescheduled to April 18, and then got ANOTHER email saying it was now rescheduled until November. When I emailed the company Sellout Tickets to say I need a refund, they tried to give me a "credit note" instead of a refund. When I said "no thank you I need the refund," they emailed me a "Refund Form Link" where I had to provide documentation that THEY cancelled the event! Once I submitted the form, there was no confirmation number or anything proving it was submitted (so I took screenshots). If I do not receive a refund in the promised 60 days I will be reporting to the Federal Trade Commission, Better Business Bureau, and Scamwatch. And making sure everyone on Facebook and Instagram knows.

But either way, customers should not have to go through this difficult process to get a refund for something that was cancelled by the company (twice)! (Order Number 574183)

Its a scam. Don't waste your money

100% total scam. Just postpones the event so you can’t cancel via your credit card, keeps changing dates and then never gives a refund.
Someone needs to shut these people down.

Follow up rating of the lowest score possible. 90 days after a refund request was put through and "guarantees" of not being able scam, i still have no refund. And sell-out tickets have the audacity to email me again to say the event i tried to book has been postponed yet again to November of this year.
The original experience that I was made aware of was October 8 2025, and I've received 3 postponing emails not including the one received 5 minutes ago.
Officially reporting to scam watch with screen shots and evidence attached. Hope the organisers are punished.

Booked for the ice bar event Kensington Gardens - paid £72 for 5 tickets - event got postponed till July and we cannot attend the new date! Numerous emails requesting a refund later and still no further forward! Was told refund will be in my account 30/3 but it’s now 10/04 ?? Written last reply to them this morning before I take this further!
Wish I’d read these reviews before booking!! Do not book with this so called company! A complete scam!

A total of £71.74 paid out in good faith for an event that was changed from Feb to July which we are unable to attend!

I have found some names & a London address associated with Sell out tickets on Company House - will start to investigate this avenue further now!!

Same as the other comments I'm seeing here. We purchased tickets for the Go Karts (group of 13 of us). It was postponed twice now and we are over a year from the original race date. I emailed requesting a refund on Feb 24. I filled out the form. I was told a refund would be processed by the end of March. On April 2 I followed up and recieved no response. Today, I emailed again to see the status of my refund. I will be taking legal action and talking to the media. PLEASE DON'T BOOK WITH SELLOUT TICKETS!

Worst company!!! Change dates of an event and cannot get my money back.
They replied and said to e-mail and I have and it’s been months and still no refund! A scam of a company!

This company is a huge scam and we should come together to sue them. I bought a go kart event in SF in Nov 2025 and they listed their event as March 2026 on the event website. But the ticket we received does not have any date associated with them, which kinda allows them to change the date freely. A few weeks before the scheduled date, they changed the event date on the website to Sept 2026, along with many other karting events in other cities.

And don't expect to get a refund. After I emailed them, they said they could issue a "credit note" that will be valid for any of their events and any locations but refused to refund. In their reschedule email they simply said "Tickets are not scheduled for this event yet." I am sure close to September they will postpone the event again as there is literally no enforcement.

They keep postponing my Dirty dancing Event. And when i try to reach out, they don't answer or they try to give a reschedule date.

This is company should be investigated for being a scam. Had originally purchased tickets for a go kart event in Washington DC. Event date got moved so I requested a refund which they granted on March 3rd. As of today March 19th, my payment provider has stated that they haven’t received the refund money back from Sellout Tickets so my payment provider can’t issue my refund. I’ve emailed this company about the issue but haven’t recieved a response.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I bought tickets to a Dirty Dancing dinner and show event on Aug 30, 2025. The event was supposed to be on Nov 8, 2025. Received an email that the event was "postponed" and we were given the option to choose a new date either Jan, Feb or Mar 2026. We chose March 28, 2026. I then saw that the show was then "canceled" without my knowledge. I started emailing Sellout-tickets requesting a refund. They sent me a link refund form and I completed it. Today, March 16, 2026, i receive another email from them stating that the tickets have been moved to a new date of May 16, 2026 because the March date was "postponed" yet again!!!! I quickly emailed them stating that I didn't approve of the date change and was still waiting on a refund. I immediately contacted my bank to have the charges disputed. Sellout tickets is A HUGE SCAM! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Avoid this company at all costs. This is a huge SCAM!! We bought tickets for Tokyo Karts in Houston and the event has been postponed multiple times with no accountability or clear communication. When we requested a refund, they gave us nothing but the potential of a “credit” instead of returning our money. This feels extremely unprofessional and borderline deceptive. If our refund is not processed soon, we will be involving our attorney. Save yourself the frustration and do not book with them.

They are the worst to deal with my event has been canceled three times already and I requested a refund all three times with no response back I spent $600 on these tickets and nothing back do not book with this company. I think it’s a scam. Been dealing with this since last September. 2025
