I've been using Sellics for the past…

I've been using Sellics for the past year+. Analytics seems to be good for the most part but the Automated PPC management, which was my primary justification for paying for a 3rd party service, has been terrible. I've tried everything, followed all the webinars and even gotten some advice from support. But it seems their automated management software is very buggy, often rocketing my bids to their maximum and utterly tanking my ACoS.

No matter what settings I used I could never manage a profitable campaign using Sellics and I've now decided to turn off the automated PPC features altogether.

Hi John, we are sorry to hear about this! And also a bit suprised.

Indeed the PPC automation is what the grand part of our customers love most about Sellics and we have thousands of sellers & vendors that are basically only paying for Sellics to have access to this feature.

In general it's important to note that the automation rules will only do what they are set up to do - in other words they only do what you would otherwise being doing manually (eg. decrease a bid for a certain keyword if its ACOS is below x after y clicks). That kind of action, irrespective of whether it is done manually or by the rules, would not, however, guarantee the respective keywords' acos will go down, because there is no guarantee that, even at a lower bid, the keyword will generate enough sales to become profitable.

If you feel that at any stage a specific rule triggered something (or not) that was (not) in the rule's set conditions, please let us know the example via the tool's messenger and I'll be happy to investigate this further for you!

This is the poorest customer support…

This is the poorest customer support team that I ever met.
I am waiting for the respond 3 days, and after that, they wrote to me "please clarify what you mean in "lead time" and missed forever again.

As explained by my colleague in the tool messenger, there was a national holiday last friday here in Berlin, Germany, so it became a 3-day weekend. But you are right in that we should have made this clearer to customers to manage expectations better!

We would appreciate if you gave us / the software another chance to prove Sellics can indeed help you manage your Amazon business with a lot more ease, as it is already doing for thousands of other sellers!

Sellics is a deal (comparatively), but...

Sellics is a good deal compared to other Amazon PPC management platforms, especially if you have multiple marketplaces. However, my ACOS has not gone down since implementing automated rules to manage my sponsored products campaigns. Perhaps this is due to increased competition, but I would still expect some performance improvement. To add more value, I think Sellics should also offer automated feedback request emails, so customers can avoid having to pay for a separate service.

Using Sellics for a long time and sticking with it

Using Sellics for a long time, very satisfied with the service. They made a huge range of updates in the last few years and although we've tried many other seller tools side by side, we always found ourselves going back to Sellics. Would recommend.

I think if your profit calculator was closer to fetcher's your added value would be much more.
