I had a silver necklace made and due to a relationship break up I had the same necklace made in a different metal and nothing was too much trouble. After emailing in a panic about the placement of the diamonds on the Starlight Electra ring as my wedding ring (massively disorganised bride 🙈) Selina got straight back to me and reassured me that the Diamonds could be where I needed them to be and that it would be with me in time.
