Over a week after ordering and my order still hasn’t shipped yet. It’s basic stuff like screws. Throw it in a box and ship it! What’s the hold up? I’ve ordered 2 orders from MobileSentrix in this time and they have both already arrived.
I ordered a battery for my iPhone from them, and I asked a local third-party professional repair shop/ technician to replace the battery on my behalf, but was told that the battery was faulty and not working. I then wrote to selfservicerepair.com asking for a full refund, they initially declined. I asked for escalation and further review, but have not received any response since then. Avoid this shop!
Avoid buying apple parts from SPOT! I placed order for parts to my ma on June 19, then I got a shipping notification on June 26. Now it's June 30 and UPS still have not received the package.
I asked a customer representative on the Chat when I will review the order, they say UPS will pick it up on July 4. when I said I want a explanation why it take 15 days for them to ship a part, I got the same "robot" responses about shipping time. When I say that I am not a satisfied customer, and that this wait time is not acceptable, they just say "I Wish you a happy day" and ended the chat.

Order is very late said 3-5 working days to ship a battery on their website so I ordered last Thursday on the 25th of April and the package got shipped 4 days after I placed the order I received tracking information about 2 days ago and I'd saying estimated delivery is a week from now on the 8th of may 2 whole weeks after I placed the order. Customer service wasn't helpful either. For an official supplier of parts for a company like Apple it's appalling
Self Service Repair is supposed to be a supplier of genuine Apple Mac parts in the US, and is listed at apple's self service page. This company also called SPOT charged my credit card, and also declined the order. In my memory, I have not dealt with a company that takes payment and does not fulfill the order.
Now I'm left holding the bag for 5-7 business days to see if the pending charge drops? And if it does not I will need to file a dispute with my credit card company? That sucks.
