ci dispiace sinceramente per l’esperienza che ha vissuto e comprendiamo perfettamente il suo disappunto. Il ritardo nella consegna è stato causato da un disguido da parte del primo corriere, ma ci siamo attivati tempestivamente per risolvere la situazione con una seconda spedizione tramite BRT.
Siamo consapevoli che quando un ordine ritarda, la delusione ricade su chi l’ha gestito, e per questo ci siamo impegnati nel seguirla passo passo, aggiornandola via email e offrendole anche un nuovo invio del prodotto senza alcun costo aggiuntivo.
Ci teniamo a sottolineare che la spedizione per ordini superiori a 20€ è gratuita, e in ogni caso, per scusarci del disagio, le abbiamo riservato un codice sconto del 40% sul suo prossimo acquisto.
La ringraziamo per aver comunque riconosciuto che la sua recensione non era rivolta direttamente a noi. Ci auguriamo di poterle dimostrare in futuro la qualità del nostro servizio e riconquistare la sua fiducia.

Top notch experience. Free FedEx delivery to Estonia took 4 business days and the product ordered (Iso Whey Premium) is excellent. Although the website could use a facelift, the only payment method offered is PayPal, and there is no option to track the delivery, everything works smoothly.

Misleading information and no response from customer service
I placed a small order and was charged unexpected customs fees, despite being told they wouldn’t apply.
The first time I ordered, shipping costs were included, but FedEx later charged me customs fees. Customer service assured me this was an isolated case and kindly compensated me with a free product.
Before placing another order, I reached out to Carmen Grossu (Financial Assistance) to confirm whether customs fees would apply again. She clearly stated that no additional charges would be incurred, so I trusted that information and placed an order of 48.29 NOK.
Shortly after, DHL charged me 349 NOK in customs and shipping fees — more than seven times the value of the product.
Since then, I’ve made several attempts to contact the company, but I’ve received no replies. It has been impossible to get in touch with Carmen or anyone else who can offer an explanation.
This experience feels misleading and deeply disappointing. I acted in good faith based on the information provided, and was left to cover unexpected costs.
I expect either a refund for the customs fees or an alternative compensation, as this situation was caused by incorrect guidance given by your staff.

UPDATED ** Made an order and have not received any response
***UPDATED*** SelfProtein contacted me inmediately after I published the review and they refounded me 100% of the money I paid. Although they never gave me any reason on why my order was never shipped or why they never contacted me after I made the payment, I still appreciate the urgency in which they handled the reinbursment. Based on this I have changed my rating. I still recommend their products. - For anyone interested, you can see the original review below.

Hi! Be aware of this website. I usually buy their products through retailers in Norway, because I think they are really good. But on March 30th I made an oder (Order # 12443) and I have not received any emails/communication that my order has been shipped. I want to cancel my order and get my money back ASAP. This is not a serious company/site, I can see that with the "free shipping" advertisment they try to attrack people, and unfortunately I am reading today here on Trustpilot that I will probably have to pay customs for this order. No info about this online. It's a shame because I have been using their products for the last 2 years, however a full week without any commnunication to the costumer, not OK. I tried to reach them trhrough their customer service form online, but no response so far. I request you reinburst the money I paid ASAP. given the fact I have no emails from you regarding the status of my order!
