I ordered the kitty fountain three weeks ago and they emailed me and said it shipped but provided no tracking number than a couple days later they emailed me again and said it shipped and gave me a tracking number through some generic shipping company for the past four days it has said shipping label created and that’s it. My package has not moved. Nothing has happened. I have reached out to customer service several times with no response. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Ordered a fountain with a year worth of filters, my dogs love it.
Its easy to clean and charge, plus the assembly is very simple.
The auto subscription caught me off guard, but once I emailed them they responded practically right away and refunded any issues.
5/5 stars, great product with honest and helpful customer support.

Public reply on September 17th, for show—still completely ignored.

I am updating my review because Selene Pets' public response telling me to email them was just a stall tactic. I emailed them on September 17th exactly as instructed, referencing this complaint, and they have completely ignored me.

Buyers beware: this company uses sneaky upsell tactics. My receipt shows a hidden $50 charge for a "free" lifetime replacement pump, and a hidden $39 charge for filters that were baked into my total.

Because they refuse to respond to multiple customer service requests to process a return within their advertised 365-day window, I have been forced to file a formal dispute/chargeback with my credit card company.

I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in Colorado for the same reasons as above.

This company also goes by the name of Ivy Ecommerce LLC according to the BBB.

Do not buy products of any kind from this company unless you want to be totally ignored!

I had ordered a fountain and my dog wouldn't have nothing to do with it. I started emailing the company for a prepaid or return label to make sure it went to the right address. They kept sending me other notices this has went on over a month trying to get an answer. Then I'm supposed to send it back to China and wait to see if they accept it back. Then they only wanted to refund the fountain, not the year supply of filters or 5 year replacement warranty on the pump. They've given me several email addresses, which I responded to but comes back as "undeliverable." I called the customer service department phone number I came across, now it's not there. It said to leave a message and I'd get a call back within 12 hours, that never happened. I sent them another email stating that they have to have a warehouse here in the USA to send out the product, but might get their stock from China. This is a ploy to make you keep the fountain because shipping to China would be expensive. I gave 1 star because I couldn't give a zero.

I have purchased 2 bowls and purchased the extra warranty for the motor that stopped working. I have sent them more than 10 emails and messages and no o returns my messages. They are so good about charging you and sending emails to buy more filters… they don’t go through with their policies and warranties. I have recommended so many people, I regret it! I have been so frustrated because I bought 12 filters for this bowl that stopped working. Now I’m stuck with a bowl I can’t use and filters. Very unprofessional and very wrong! Not fair at all for their loyal customers.

If I could give this company a zero I would. I sent over six emails with no response. Can’t call them - NO phone number.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had to dispute the transaction with my bank after they charged me and wouldn’t ship the product for them to finally give me back my money.

This is absolutely the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I AM SERIOUS! Do not give them your business.

They should be banned from the internet!

I've bought the whole set up , they sent the wired version and I paid for the wireless, been trying to contact the company with no response and they already have my money . Ive written 6 times , THEY ARE GHOSTING ME BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY

Do not buy from this company!!!!! I ordered 2 dog dishes from them and was unhappy with the product and returned them within a few days of their 365 day return policy...Then they made another unapproved charge to my credit card for a "health kit" I never ordered. I paid for the return shipping and confirmed from the shipping number for the dishes and health kit were returned to Selene Pets.
I sent 6 notices about my refund with no real response...only AI generated replies. No phone number or real person to contact. Not getting a real person response I disputed the charges with my credit card company to get my money back...save yourself a nightmare and don't buy their junk.

SelenePet water fountain leaks at transparent window. I recieved my pet water fountain on 09-01-2026. I was so excited to get it. However I can not use it, do to it's leaking. On 09-01-2026 I took pictures where you can see it leaking, wrote the company at Selenes email they have on their site if you need to get a hold of them, with pictures attached and inserted into the email. i attached my screenshot of my Thank you from them for the order with my invoice number and all my information. Sadly they do not honor their warranty or bother to respond back. I have now as of date resent the email three times to them. I have read other reviews now where one said it's been four months waiting for them and others feeling the same as me. They got my money and that's all they care about. Sure they might respond to this review as I seen them do on others telling them what to send them and that it will get top priority. Does it take writing a bad review to get help. I'm retired and don't have much. It was important for me to get my dogs this fountain. Their ads on Facebook makes it look like it's from America with Americans doing the ads. No where on SelenePet.com does it show it's coming from China. Your better off ordering from Amazon as they honor the sales there. I hope they get back to me and take care of this. If you want the fountain I would highly recommend you get it off Amazon where at least you can get a refund or and new fountain that works.

the water fountain and filters did not arrive ,they were stuck at customs in Holland. I got in touch with Selene, and they 'offered' to send another shipment - still waiting 8 - 9 weeks later.
It got left too long for PayPal to help - so now I also have a beef with PayPal.
I will still try and get the fountain and filters or a refund off of Selene, and if I do get either I will update Trustpilot. Really fed up with this company, they seem to be right con artists.
It would nice to hear if anyone has had a good experience with them.

I purchased a water bowl and extra filters from Selene Pets, but unfortunately, my dogs refused to use it. Knowing they have a 30-day return policy, I submitted a return and refund request through their customer support email on August 12.

After receiving no reply, I sent a follow-up email 7 days later. Today is August 26—two full weeks after my initial request—and I have received zero communication back. No confirmation, no return instructions, nothing.

While I appreciated the initial concept of the product, their customer service is entirely non-existent once they have your money. Ignoring customers attempting to process a return within the advertised policy window is completely unacceptable. Save yourself the hassle and buy from a company that actually stands by its customer support.

Fountain took forever to arrive. It works fine in the month that I’ve had it. My problem is the subscription. $60 for more filters before I have even used the fountain a month! They don’t have a phone number. You cannot cancel your subscription on the website. I have emailed multiple times asking that the subscription be cancelled; no response. Tonight, the email bounced back saying that the email address listed on the website isn’t a valid address. WHAT?! I guess the only way I can stop it is to cancel the dang card. Buyer beware!

I like the fountain. My dogs do too. My frustration is they put me on an auto ship for the dental drops and filters which I wouldn’t willingly sign up for. I’ve emailed them four times with no response. I don’t trust a company with no phone number.

They reached out after a week and resolved the issue.

So I bought their product last month on line and the product was okay but then they started sending me items I did not order and they kept my credit card and began charging it for the unwanted items. They have no phone number to call and they don't respond to emails.
