I got charged the 29.99 for 2 months. I never placed an order. I looked at the charging cord that has legs and comes out the side. I seen where the 29.99 was being added and went out of the site without placing an order. This is a big SCAM of ripping people off. Had to Google selectbasic.com to even find out what it was, then canceled membership. Then I read reviews to find out what it was.

These fans are everything that the ad says it is I love it

I needed something to charge my phone at work while still being able to view/use it. The stand feature has made that possible.

Product is just like it was described, the wait for shipping was not a problem. I have a full charge and they work great.

I purchased the water hose attachment to turn your hose into a pressure washer. I received my items rather quick took less then 10 business days which I was thrilled about. However once I assembled the attachment and connected it to my water hose that's when it went downhill from there. After I attached the nozzle I slowly turned on my water and I barely had the handle turned on and the nozzle shot right off and ended up in the middle of my yard. By the way (I purchased 3 of the attachments), I then shut the water off, picked up the attachment out of my yard and decided to try another one because I was thinking maybe it's just this one attachment but I was so wrong every single one of them did the same thing as soon as I turned the water on. Therefore I DO NOT recommend this product unless you have $35.00 to throw away. Which the product is called Upgrade Metal Spray Gun.

This is a fraud transaction and we will report this to our credit union as a fraud transaction

I expect a refund ASAP to avoid legal action

Took awhile for delivery but showed up well packaged.

Only wish it had arrived sooner. I had to ask for a tracking number because one was never sent.

I ordered two chargers that turned out not to work for my phone. The person on the other end of the email said, "all sales are final and we are unable to issue a refund or return label based on a change of mind or personal preference." I did not change my mind nor did I have a personal preference about the product. I just ordered the wrong thing. It's hard to believe that they don't have a policy to deal with this. Also, when I clicked around the site to find someone to talk to, I saw that I was signed up for the annual membership club, which I definitely did not authorize. Beware! Do not go anywhere near this company! Their business practices are deceptive and punitive.

I bought 2 and when I received mine both boxes are crushed. I charged both to full before using. When I turned on the max speed, it blows a good amount of air put but resembles NOTHING like what their ads show with hair flying all over the place. Return policy basically said if you don't like it , oh well!

TIP: if you want to buy items that have a subscription fee write down the day it expires and cancel it so it doesn't charge you. That's what I do now. As soon as I received the fans I cancelled the subscription

The only down side was how long it took to receive the order. The product is fantastic. Definitely a worthwhile purchase.

Love the charging cable

The biggest problem with this company is that 29.99 membership charge. The site DOES NOT CLEARLY state that this is a monthly fee. That is clearly misrepresentation and you are charged even if you never ordered anything. This is my experience with the company. I will be sharing it at every opportunity. I rate them 1 out of 10.👿

I love that I can charge my phone or Ipad while continuing to use it. Sometimes I get so busy then all of a sudden it says low. I just plug it in. The ONLY reason I would give have given it a four star is somewhere it stated that this a monthly charge to belong to SB. However I contacted them right away, and the monthly fee is cancelled. They were so
kind & polite. I also got that super fast charge!!

Keep getting monthy charges never received anything! Never ordered. Just looked and decided not to. Not charged for nothing!

My cable works great. The shipping time was the only complaint I had.

Would leave zero stars if possible. There is ZERO return policy, fees snuck on at checkout that you dont select, emailed IMMEDIATELY WITHIN 2 MINUTES TO CANCEL ORDER THEY SAID NO. Still havent even received the foreign junk. This was for a phone charging cable. A 10 cable turned into 20 instantly!! I cant express enough how bad you want to AVOID THIS COMPANY.

The cords seem to work well. The phone can be used in my viewing stand with the plug being sideways.
