Time and again SeikoMods delivers. The parts are excellent and the service is great! Recently there have been slower shipping times - but that's COVID as the parts are always shipped same or next day. Can't recommend them enough.

Great customer service. Fast delivery within the UK. Have been using other modding parts shops and I can say for sure, seikomods (crystaltimes) has best quality parts for modding watches out there. Will be definitely using them.

I too am new to this modding game but have to say that my experience with Seikomods has been excellent. The service, delivery and items that I have received have been first class. Alex promptly answered my typical noob questions and gave good advice. Why wait weeks for items from around the world? Seikomods does it all.

I placed about 10 orders this year since Alex set up the UK shop. Every time shipped the next business day sometimes even the same day.
Once items where missing in a shipping and my email about the issue sent in the evening got a reply within 30 minutes and the parts got on their way the very next day.
I find the website easily navigated and full of useful information about every product, like measurements and such. The products are of very high quality and finish therfore works great for what they're intended. And new interesting parts keeps getting developed.
I will continue buying mod parts from seikomods.com. =)

Im a UK based watch modding business and Seiko Mods are my go to supplier for quality parts. Shipping is quick and website is very good with in depth descriptions explaining the compatibility of all parts.

I always turn to SeikoMods as my trusted source of high quality parts and components. They are based in the UK so postage is always fast and there is no risk of additional duty or VAT when ordering from overseas suppliers. Communication has always been excellent. I really can't understand the negative reviews as they don't reflect the reality of mine and many others' experiences. Highly recommended.

I have purchased a number of items recently and have never had a problem.
I was able to correct a mistake made when ordering to ensure I got the item I wanted.
The order normally arrives within 2 business days of ordering and thats with standard postage.
All in all I have no complaints

BUT YET JEFF STATES THEY ARE HIS 2 COMPANIES. IT SEEMS TO ME THEY COULDN'T GIVE A MONKEYS ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND THINK THEY ARE BETTER AND ABOVE PEOPLE WHICH SHOWS THEIR ARROGANCE. Three years using these guys for a fair percentage of the parts I use in builds. Never had an issue at all, be it with the quality of parts, shipping or customer service.

There were some items missing in my order but after I contacted them about this, instead of an apology they were rude, patronising and condescending about it.

Any retailer that treats its customers with such contempt will surely not have many customers for much longer.

Much better alternatives out there.

I ORDERED AN ITEM FROM THEM AND PAID THE 48HR SHIPPING AS I HAD A MOD INSTALLATION FOR A CLIENT.

NO ITEM CAME, AND ITS BEEN A WEEK. I HAVE SENT THEM NUMEROUS EMAILS. NO ANSWER. I LOST THE CLIENT AND NOW HAVE HAD PAYPAL INTERVENTION TO ARRANGE MY REFUND WHICH IS STILL NOT IN MY ACCOUNT.

I CONTACTED THEIR BROTHER COMPANY (CRYSTAL TIMES) AND THEY REPLIED VERY QUICK BUT UNFORTUNATELY UNABLE TO HELP AS SEIKOMODS IS INDEPENDENT TO THEM.

BAD EXPERIENCE AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE (OR SHOULD I SAY 'NO CUSTOMER SERVICE').

WILL NOT BE DOING ANY FURTHER BUSINESS WITH THEM. WILL SAVE ME TIME AND MONEY FOR SURE.
