These guys are super friendly and are professionals at the same time

At first I was sceptical to use comGateway as I’ve seen similar online services to India but have later learnt that their shipping costs are high and some are frauds too. The concept of shop online in another country and get it shipped to you seemed too good to be true. However I decided to give it a shot as I don’t get these particular items here in India. So my multiple packages arrived at my c/o address in the US and were updated the comGateway site. The weight for each package was quite high and I thought to myself that I’m going to get ripped off again. I spoke to an agent via online chat who was super friendly and advised me to use the “OneBox” option which would put all my items in a box provided by comGateway and get rid of all useless packaging from my individual boxes to reduce the dimensional weight. This brought down the overall weight considerably and the shipping cost was really low! comGateway sent my package via FedEx which was here in India within a week. All my items arrived perfectly and I couldn’t be any more happier. I would recommend this service to all.

Worst nightmare for online purchase & shippment

I did a BuyForMe purchase to Singapore, only to realized the item ordered was wrong. So I dropped the customer service an email, and Lores was helpful to do a follow up service from arranging the pick up and replacement of item.
I am really pleased and satisfied for the service provided :)

Huge shoutout to Kim who personally followed-up on my order, she has tremendously taken great effort to ensure I had helped which make my purchase and shipping with ComGateway a bliss.

This is not my first experience with comGateway but this is my first time facing issues, I found out that my parcel if sent to my country will cost 5 times more than my product, Kim took time to email me the process on how to send my parcel 2/5 of the price.

Writing this review especially for them just to let them know that their awesome support has not gone unnoticed / not appreciated. All the best.

Trashy and insanely expensive

This company is giving me a traumatic experience. I bought a figure and some keychains from Square Enix and some plushies from eBay and they hassled me with IDs, took so long that the request expired (yep, took a whole week). A while after the hassles were over, I was excited to know that the package arrived at the US address. I was immediately shocked by all the fees they are requesting from me. I checked for the fees of my order from Square Enix first. The product themselves were $135 (USD) and the handling fee was $12. Then they requested some fees more insane fees as follows (I literally copy and pasted these):

A total of $76.98. What. The. Hell. They are asking me to pay them way more than half of the value of my purchase. And it doesn't end here.

What's more is that, I contacted them for a live chat several times during the day, I live in Melbourne so the timezone is GMT+10. They clearly stated the live chat is available during Monday to Friday from 8am – 10pm (GMT+8). I literally contacted them in the afternoon on a Tuesday about this insane shipping cost, emailed them even. No one answered, no replies back. comGateway, I don't know how the hell you managed to scam other people into using your trashy, insanely overpriced services, I don't care what you do, don't ask me for an insane amount of money to ship my items you lowlife scammers. Stay away from these people.

1. We need to verify payments to ensure account security.
2. You must have contacted our Live Chat team during when the volume is high. As of this writing, you can try again as Chat team is still available.
3. We saw your email, rest assured it will be answered within 24 hours.
4. Shipping cost is primarily due to how bulky or heavy your package is, and not by how much it costs. Plushies not devoid of air are bulky.
5. Your initial BuyForMe payment does not include the shipment to your US address. That is why when you tried to ship your packages, you saw Domestic Shipping under the breakdown.
6. Duties and Taxes are payable when shipping to Australia.

Process of ordering is smooth

Process of ordering is smooth. Information was updated quite prompt.
Only issue was the shipping fee was charged without actual measurements. Was charged doubled and due to that, the overall cost exceed the custom amount. Which I have to pay GST/VAT.

Damaged

Package arrived quickly but was damaged (books were dented badly) When I tried to file for insurance claim, the process was very long and complicated and they said I was not guaranteed a full refund, only a percentage could be claimed, and I even had to return them the whole package. Disappointing experience to say the least.

Had already shipped 2 parcels ( made up…

Had already shipped 2 parcels ( made up of about 8 individual parcel ) to me In Singapore ! Made use of their onebox service and really managed to cut down on the overall shipping fee due to the lowered volumetric weight ! Very active in live chat where you'll get all your queries answered ! Had a parcel misdelivered and they stepped up their game and volunteered to call the courier for me as it is too expensive for me to make overseas call ! Their customer service is really great and they make people feel assured that no matter what issue , they'll resolve it for us ! Shipping fees are generally reasonable as they've many promotions and it is just really so much cheaper to shop from the US . they're also very polite and approachable in the live chat ! Would definitely only ship with CGW ! A total of about 10 - 12 parcels in 2 months speak great volume about their business ! For those who are skeptical , do not worry ! They're 5 stars in their business ! Fret not and use them as your number 1 forwarders !

Great service as always

Great! Been using their service for 2 years now. In fact, my first experience shipping from the US was with Comgateway too and since then, I never looked for any other forwarding company. Can you tell how much I trusted them? Hope there will be more promos for international shipping after this. I’m gonna stay loyal to you guys no doubt 👍🏻
