I rented a space for a few months while I was in transition and the staff and facility were always excellent. I had an issue with my lock not being properly in place and they called to let me know pretty immediately so I could swing by and fix it, which I appreciated! Thank you for the great service!

Karen is the best! I've never had such a pleasant experience renting a storage unit of all things. Everything went very smoothly and the property was immaculate. 10/10 would recommend!

The lady who leased me the unit was super! But I cancelled the next day was promised a refund decided to move everything to Springfield missouri. But still haven’t gotten my refund!

Great service, convenient location.

I seriously thought October the 11th was the last day for me to be able to have my car stored at secure Care. I had the tow truck driver meet me at secure Care to get my car so I could bring it home. The manager was very rude. I could not believe how rude she was. She said something about calling the police. She called her manager to report me. Her reaction was completely uncalled for and unnecessary. Why did she think that calling the police was the only way to handle the situation, like I was a criminal and she had to call the police and have me arrested. I am not a criminal. I don't like to be treated as a criminal. I certainly don't want to be treated as a criminal by the manager of a storage unit facility. I will never recommend secure Care storage to anyone and I certainly will never use that storage facility for anything. There are other storage facilities in this city. I had to end up paying for 1 month of storage that I didn't need. I don't think that secure Care storage should have made me pay for one entire month just because I got the date wrong. Maybe a week, but not an entire month.

Good service. A little more maintenance on the storage lockers and a few more cameras would be useful.

I have no major complaints about SecureCare, the only reason I did not give 5 stars was because I feel that the insurance should be optional. They mandate it. I feel that once you sign a waiver stating that if your items are stolen or vandalized, then the company is not responsible, so therefore, the insurance should be totally up to the customer.

Great place to store your things. Clean and safe. Management is always friendly and ready to help.

I rented a storage unit at the location In Arlington, Texas. I went to location to move my items in and there was a homeless couple living in my unit. The unit was filled with junk from the back to the front. I recorded the encounter on my phone as proof. No employee (s) at SecurCare Storage even bothered to verify the unit was clean and available to rent. I was out of money for a U-haul truck and also had to pay another month of storage at Public Storage due to it being the end of the month. Furthermore, this tells me that no one monitors or patrol the property to prevent homeless from living on the property or making sure criminals are not breaking into units. Nasty, dirty place and horrible experience. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY.

This is the 2nd time using this facility. The first time was great but this time, when I removed my stuff and got it to my new apartment, mice had eaten almost everything that was packed in boxes. Most of my Christmas decorations had to be thrown away. Some I had for years and were very sentimental to me. I've never had mice in my life and my things were fine when I put them there.

Great customer service from the start at the Rosamond facility. The place was always tidy and we felt our belongings would be safe. The site manager was always attentive and responsive.

We had our unit broken into and items were stolen.A couple of things which was very important and can not be replaced.No security cameras at the time.

To whom ever it may concern, your facilities was nice, I just wish that your company could have given me at least 4-5 month to be at my storage unit before you charge more money for the unit. Other than your customer service was awesome, Wanda was a wonderful customer service representative. One last thing you should periodically check for water bugs, I had a few in my unit before I left out the unit .

They did great especially working with us when I was in the hospital for ❤ surgery, when I got behind and a couple times the last couple months when I was waiting on unemployment from Covid-19!! Inwould recommend to someone else!!

Very nice and safe facility. Would definitely recommend to others.
