I HAVE NOT ACTUALLY DONE A REVIEW YET so I haven't completed a full process cycle.
But so far so good.

Most of the restaurants are a 20-30 minute drive for me. However I am enjoying this membership. It’s gotten me out of the house and trying new places. The review process is very simple and I hope my reviews will help business owners in the future. One thing wrong is that I reviewed 2 places over 4 days ago and have not gotten feedback regarding if I’ll be payed or not. But I will go ahead and contact their support staff because they are super helpful and quick to help!

Being a restaurant secret shopper is not only fun, but it gives one the opportunity to try out food from a restaurant you will not think about. The experience is cool, got to keep in mind to take pictures of the place. It is pretty simple to use the app. Would be nice if it had a few more features.

I have signed up recently and just been a little busy with life I will definitely make sure that I get my shopping on soon thanks

I joined Observati on 7/14/22. I had to pay $10.00 plus a $4.49 one time fee than they said I needed to join Restaurant.com. As I filled the join us they wanted my credit card information and it was a big RED flag for me, so I just deleted it and asked Observati for a refund and they emailed me information on how the process worked to get your pay after eating a restaurant. They acted like I was stupid. Lesson learned. YOU SHOULD NEVER HAVE TO PAY A COMPANY TO DO SURVEYS. Might I mention also the $10.00 would be charged to you MONTHLY. I'm not sure if all secret shoppers charge you but this ONE does.

Well so far it's been ok I have not got to redeem anything yet but it's ok

This Is A Great Program I Gave It A 3 Stars Only Because for 1 week now i keep getting my email has not been approved on the restaurant.com page and i have missed a week of doing shops and reviews.

Although there is a fee, so far the review process has been easy and straightforward. I'm interested to see the payout, the discounted food is fantastic! If not for this program I would not be eating out due to high costs right now.

I'll be having my first experience tonight.

Its a good platform to make some extra bucks. But only problem for me is, I am based in Canada. During sign up or while paying the fee, no where it is mentioned that this platform is for US people only.

I just started and so far my account giving me detailed instructions on what to do has been great and the online account is also super easy to use and navigate. I have called customer service once and he was very nice and easy to work with. I hope I did my first review right! Once I get confirmation then I will get more done and probably upgrade.

I've been out of town for the last week and just returned home. I can already tell by the response I've received that this will be a fun place to work. That means more to me than anything. I've been all over the country putting in Wind Farms and Solar Fields as a Heavy Equipment Operator. The change in pace is welcomed.

If was as easy as a piece of cake. These are restaurants we usually eat/dine in anyways, but always nice to get something back.

Besides it helps the owners of these establishments with improvements

Assignments instructions are clear, concise and the feedback is timely.

It always seems to be the same shops all the time! I never see casual dining or high class dining, it's always gas stations, storage facilities, banking and cell phones facilities. I would like to see more options for the shoppers to choose from.

I received all the necessary information to start my shopping process. I'd like more local restaurants so it looks like I'll be on the road for many of my reviews
