We instructed Harvey from Secret Homes after a very bad experience with a different estate agency. We were selling my late mother's house, which had never been owned by anyone else and was really heartbreaking to have to sell.
He was so sympathetic and supportive, completely put our minds at rest and basically hit the ground running, as within 48hrs the house was sold for £10,000 over the asking price, there were a few hiccups along the way ( no fault of Harveys) which you can expect when buying or selling a property. All sorted out by Harvey.
This guy goes above and beyond for his clients all potential buyers are vetted so no worries about time wasters. Whether its selling a multi million pound estate or a 1950s semi like ours he's got every angle covered.
A total professional, dedicated and efficient, and a really nice guy.
