Secolar is my go to place for all of my olive oil and balsamic vinegars. I use the fruit infused vinegars for marinades and flavored olive oils mostly for cooking.
I particularly like the garlic, basil and rosemary olive oils for cooking and blackberry and dark cherry balsamics for marinade, plus the dark cherry is great on deserts like vanilla ice cream.

I always get available products in a timely manner and well packaged. You would have to run over their packages with a truck to break anything.

Little disappointed in the size of the seasoning I ordered but I probably just didn't read it right. Hope its good! I LOVE their oils and vinegars.

I love this olive oil on everything. I always have spares of the Jalapeno, Basil, Cilantro, and Tandoori. I never thought I would use the balsamics much - but I have ended up using them all the time. My favorite is the Basil olive oil on tomatoes and mozzarella with Maple Balsamic. I'm looking forward to the new ones I bought to try this time.

Received my order with one of the bottles cap broken. Called the company left voice message, emailed. Its been over 3 days, no response.

One of my favorite Secolari products — traditional balsamic — drizzled on fresh greens, over mozzarella and tomatoes, as a dip for oven fries, and on cubes of Parmesan cheese... Perfect as a stand alone or used with EVOO. Smooth flavor, rich dark color, and thicker consistency. It is my favorite balsamic!

I can’t recommend Secolari product too highly. When I accidentally run low and have forgotten to reorder, it is Code Red in our house.

I got what I ordered and it came in a timely manner. I especially liked the paper wrapping used instead of bubble wrap.

Everything was great — you pack the bottles so carefully!
My only request would be to seal the boxes with a paper-based recycle-able tape instead of plastic tape. It took me nearly 30 minutes to break down the box snd peel off that stubborn plastic tape for recycling.

I have been buying from Secolari for about a year now. Their service has been wonderful considering they are on the West Coast and I am on the East Coast. They always pack the products so well and ship Priority Mail so I receive them in short order. I have never had a problem with any shipment.

Love the oils and balsamic for cooking and serving our guest and just eating in ourselves.
