Not simple process and not enough instruction on how to add on to booking

Always great service!

Superb customer service! To date I have booked two top concerts with Seat Unique and had some special requests on both which have been all dealt with perfectly. It is a huge reassurance to know that there is a real person able to assist with anything arising, and so well. They definitely help to make a special event just that...Special!

Booked in the evening 24 hours before game. Received tickets after a prompt to their support team the following morning.

Experiencing the Elton John suite was amazing game not so good. However I feel so disappointed and let down by the food you served up. The soup and starter were fab but the main course was ruined by undercooked roast potatoes, the Y9orkshire puddings were cold, the stuffing was inedible, as for the carrots and parsnips I was given half a carrot a couple of the party didn't even get a carrot, there were no greens and the gravy run out, if you had made a jug of bisto it would have improved things. I paid over a thousand pound for my birthday treat and I feel cheated.

The staff were all extra nice but a little to eager, my partner was still eating her bread roll and her plate disappeared, she then came back and tried to take a quarter of a pint away but she was stopped from doing this. I think your staff may need a refresher course in their training.

Got tickets, but not the one I really wanted. Wouldn't allow me to buy two, only three. It said only five available, but obviously they didn't have two together.

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish.

I was gutted when I couldn’t originally get tickets to Gorillaz when they first went on sale as I have been a fan since the very beginning.

A couple of days later an ad popped up on Facebook (thanks algorithm) about vip tickets to the same gig and I clicked through thinking it would be hundreds of pounds - nope! Only about £30 more than normal tickets so I booked quicker than you can say Doncamatic (iykyk) Best decision ever.

I had a query a couple of days prior to the gig and my email was answered the same day with the information I needed. Great service.

On the day: At the entrance a lovely man in a smart suit walked us to the lounge past all the queues; we felt like celebrities!

The staff were amazing and made us feel so welcome, the lounge was spot on. Drinks were a bit pricey but we didn’t mind. The vibes were immaculate.

Our seats were fab, great view, no obstructions and Gorillaz were PHENOMENAL. One of the best nights of my life.

Will only go to gigs this way in the future. Thanks again Seat Unique.

At 86years of age some of the sites are very difficult to operate. I found this experience very satisfying and easy to complete my booking. The only negative was my bank not allowing me to use my debit card. Probably my fault as I think I placed a limit on such transactions. I hope the day at Chepstow will be up to expectations. Many thanks.

We upgraded from a premium seat for Everton v Chelsea for village street package, I dealt with Giorgia who was really quick and efficient at getting back to me with all the necessary details required. It was really straight forward and a positive experience. I hate having to wait for emails, Giorgia was the opposite, really proactive and helpful.
