I liked that the moment we entered when they understood we speak English -Mathias and Emili helped us a lot ! Perfect in English the communication was very easy.We were "new in buying furniture in Belgium" so they gladly helped us with important info and suggestions that helped us make the decision to buy specifically from this shop!They explained everything perfectly and set their service to high standard so we were feeling well treated!

Wij houden er van om in alle rust een weloverwogen keuze te maken. Deze kans kregen we van de verkoper. Als we vragen hadden werden we op onze wenken bedient. Maar als we geen vragen hadden liet hij ons rustig een keuze maken. Dat vonden we fijn deze niet-Amerikaanse agressieve manier van verkopen, bedankt daarvoor.

We bought an expensive sofa two years ago and it came with a hole on it. They told us they were going to order the tissue and call a technician to fix it. It took us one year and a half to have the tissue after going 2 times to the shop and for our surprise we were informed that we had to pay for them to come and even worst now we received an email from the technician that we would have to pay for the service. It is a disrespect! We should have the sofa changed or at least fixed since it was a complain since the day of the delivery.

All of the staff were very helpful, particularly the sales person 'Dave', who was very well informed about all the products sold by Seats and Sofas. He was also very patient as we considered all the options and provided many useful suggestions.
We would definitely recommend him and the store to other people, the range of products is very large and of high quality.

I bought my sofas in December 2023, I only received them now (April 2024). I payed 3200€, even at this price, you have to pay more for the delivery. Now that the sofas are assembled, I’m totally disappointed, since they are not comfortable at all. I called the store immediately, complaining about the discomfort, the answer was it's because they're new. So...how long do I have to wait to be able to seat comfortably in this sofas? One month, six months, a year?! I don’t recommend this store, the price is too expansive for the lack of quality and comfort, and the waiting time is outrageous. Order number 10297452.

Service rapide et professionnel

Arnaqueurs voleurs! Je n’ai pas d’autres mots! On vient acheter du cuir pour la solidité, le vendeur nous oriente et nous recommande fortement de prendre leur revêtement 80% cuir car plus solide et adapté à notre famille (4 enfants 1 chat) nous fait sa petite démonstration avec sa clé pour prouver que c’était «solide» bref le soir de la réception, premièrement, le salon n’est pas de la bonne couleur mais on se dit tant pis! Ensuite mon chat est sur le fauteuil et se saisit par un bruit, il a laisser une grosse marque qui a arraché le revêtement soit disant 80% cuir! Le morceau en question fait 1mm d’épaisseur et est élastique! Du pur plastique! Même 10% de cuir il n’y a pas!!! Je ramène les morceaux jusqu’au magasin ou les vendeur sont gênés, parmi eux une personne leur dit: arrêtez de mentir ya pas de cuir la dedans! Les vendeurs ne répondent pas mais me disent que se revêtement n’est pas du tout adapté aux animaux et ne comprennent pas pourquoi on nous a recommandé ça! Ils nous vendent du rêve en nous disant qu’ils vont nous le recouvrir d’un nouveau revêtement adapté et nous fournir un autre en attendant, que du bla-bla! Ils nous demandent d’envoyer tout les détails avec photos au sav qui vont s’occuper de notre cas. Aujourd’hui un mois après la livraison, notre salon est entièrement recouvert de griffes de chat qui je précise, sont coupées! Le sav nous demandent 1900€ pour changer le revêtement de notre salon tout en sachant que nous l’avons payé presque 2200€!!! Nous allons donner suite et prouver qu’on est loin des 80% de cuir pour pas dire qu’il n’y en a pas, croyez nous, l’affaire va être suivie par test achat et on est pas des pigeons! Nous vous avons déjà contacté et votre service après vente ne prend même plus la peine de nous répondre! C’est votre vendeur qui nous a mal conseillé et c’est votre matériau qui est en plastique et 2200€ pour du plastique c’est du vol c’est honteux!

The salesperson, Mathijs, was friendly and gave us good support to understand our needs and show us the options. A pet-friendly sofa was a significant criterion as we have a dog at home.
