Chris was great! Very kind, got right to work, answered any questions I had. And he was very respectful of my property/space. I highly recommend him as the technician to come to a home and repair what was needed.

This place is a total ripoff. Do not sign up, they make you pay for the service whether they actually do the service or not. I changed my mind and was hit with the bill. They don't hand you paperwork so you have a copy you sign on a tablet and you are on the hook before you even see any paperwork. Ripoff, never again.
No one came to fix my refrigerator I was home all days.Received a text message stating technician was coming and to track did that,then you sent me a text receipt for payment. I don’t what house he went to but it wasn’t mine 399 S Watson DeSoto. I think time to resolve this matter .Just bring me a new refrigerator I This my primary residence I
live in Ohio and I have to schedule time to come down. I have been without a refrigerator since October 28,2025 fooling with you.
Made a service appointment that required me to stay home from 8a - 5p. I checked several times during the day., and "Sarah" assured me the technician was on the way. Sarah said she was not virtual, but I question this.
At 4:30p, after 8 1/2 hours waiting, Sears sent an automated email saying the technician was not able to make the appointment.
They would not confirm a new service for another week. They also would not confirm a first stop visit, saying I needed to commit another 9- hour day.
Dreadful service experience. Try A-1 Appliance Repair. You can reach a real human.

Joe the technician is fine talks a lot but knows his stuff. This is the 4th time trying to repair my ice maker. The issue I have is with A&E Sears Home Services the company, you can never get a hold of anybody to talk to it’s so animated and AI bullshit. If it wasn’t for my warranty company forcing me to use them, I would never use A&E Sears Home Services. If they can’t have someone to answer a phone that you can talk to to answer questions then they need to get out of the business. This automated AI bullshit is for the birds. I plan on letting my warranty company know how dissatisfied I am with A&E Sears Home Services. I would not recommend them and have no plans in the future to ever use them again. Overall, I think A&E Sears Home Services sucks !

Jesus was great. The problem is have with my master agreement plans that I can no longer schedule an appointment over the phone without a big run around to schedule it on line. It takes several phone calls to get thru to a live person.
Garbage service! no one showed up for 2 appointments, no call, no text, NOTHING! I missed 2 days of work waiting on them. No real human to talk to, just an automated line, no help. 2 months without a washing machine, finally bought a new set and cancelled this joke service. Had a local service repair this washer as I gave it to my Daughter, 341.70 was total charge from them with a hundred dollar service call. Sears charge was 827.40, they sent double parts not to mention the wrong parts. I cancelled sears and now do not exist in their system, was never provided an order number and have no way to contact them or return these parts. been dealing with a credit card fraud dispute since the end of January 2026, today is April 17th 2026, still dealing with this fiasco. I want to send these parts back and also want a full refund as I got no service, lost 2 days work, had to buy a new washer & the parts are not even for the washer in question. Do not use this outfit!
I'd give 0 if I could. My home warranty called them to come fix my refrigerator. They showed up and said they had to order a part, and would come back in a couple days. They came back and put in the part, but it wasn't the problem. It still was leaking. Now they say, it's another part and they have to order it and come back. So they do, and they set an appointment to come back. Keep in mind, there's service window schedule is 8am till 5pm, so you have to take a whole day off of work for each appointment. I waited till nearly three o'clock and then got a message saying, they weren't going to come.And they had to reschedule. This happened not one more time, but two more times. I am sitting waiting for the repairman again. They don't have any real customer service, just a bot that can't answer any questions, except they're pre loaded canned ones. I will never,ever, ever, use or recommend sears home appliance service.
