I made an appointment with them, and they sent one of their experts to my home with a selection of fabric samples. I chose the fabric, had my measurements taken, and the whole process was very convenient and professional.

Their tailor delivered my finished suit to my home in London five days ahead of the promised delivery date, which was a great surprise. The customer service was excellent, and their communication throughout the process was very good.

There was a small alteration needed with the trousers, but the tailor took them back and returned them the very next day. The trousers fit perfectly afterwards, and the issue was handled quickly and professionally.

Overall, I had a great experience with SEAM London. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality made-to-measure clothing and a truly convenient personal service.
