Simply Stunning!
I bought one of the prints while on holiday in Rock at Christmas and really wanted something similar for a different location which I hadn’t seen advertised. Joanna advised by return that these could be created with my own text and what a treat the print is beautiful and very personal to me, expertly framed and arrived in double quick time, it was very well packaged. Thank you very much for a beautiful and very personal and special gift to ourselves

Hi Sharon
We just want to say thank you very much for taking the time to leave us an excellent review for your framed print purchase. We are glad that you found our customer service to be great. As you have discovered we are just a quick phone call or message away to arrange exactly what you would like on a framed print and we have trained framers to make it look really stunning. It genuinely makes our day when we hear that people like what we do. Right now we will be doing a happy dance around the office because of your kind words.
Best wishes

Hi Gary
Thank you for your review. We were very sorry to know about your experience and receive your honest review.
As a very small company excellent customer service is our number one priority. We are very sorry that you were disappointed that we were unable to fulfil your order. Whilst we do our best to maintain stock levels and accuracy, at busy times with multiple outlets, a product with low stock can sell out. There is sometimes a small lag on updating our website and this was the case with your order.
We hope that you may find other coastal products on our website and as you are subscribed to our email you will be notified of our special offers.
Best wishes
