Seajets advertise with the fastest ferry, but are the most unpunctual! Return journey from Syros to Piraeus 4 hours late...
Getting tickets spontaneously would also be cheaper than two months in advance. Very poor customer service and no goodwill.

Avevo prenotato una tratta per Naxos e purtoppo qualche giorno prima non ho potuto partire. Il servizio clienti si è attivato tempestivamente per la pratica di rimborso che è arrivato in pochi giorni.Davvero un ottimo servizio.

Départ de Naxos ce jour, mais ce fut pareil lors de nos multiples traversées avec Seajet depuis plusieurs années.
Si vous aimez être traité comme du bétail sur lequel vocifèrent les agents de Seajet à l’embarquement pour accélérer le remplissage du navire et ainsi minimiser le temps de séjour à quai (payant pour la compagnie) et si le bateau venant de quitter le quai vous aimez vous démerder seul au milieu de la cohue pour trouver un emplacement pour votre bagage dans les racks (au final parfois en vain, et comme par hasard tous les agents hurleurs se sont volatilisés puisque le bateau n’occupe plus le quai), alors sans hésiter voyagez avec Seajet

Hundred of people waiting and standing on the dock and we were allowed to go onboard just 15 minutes before scheduled departing time. They boarded cars before standing people. Obviously we departed late. Not polite. The boat was at the the dock the evening before, so no excuse.

Tout s'est très bien passé pour nous, sur le trajet Santorin-Sifnos (super jet 2) puis Sifnos-Le Pirée (champion jet 2). Il est vrai que les tarifs sont très élevés mais cela peut valoir le coup pour optimiser les connexions. Un retard de 10 minutes nous a été annoncé par SMS plusieurs heures avant pour le départ de Santorin, et au final le retard a été de 15 minutes. Aucun retard sur le départ à Sifnos. Nous avons au contraire de certains commentaires été étonnés de la statibilité des bateaux (même le super jet 2) et la rapidité et l'efficacité de l'organisation pour les embarquements/débarquements. Pas de soucis de place avec les bagages, sur le Super Jet 2 il y a quelqu'un qui trie les bagages selon la destination. Rien de particuliers à signaler sur le personnel, au contraire.

By far the worst shipping company in Greece. Rude and without knowing what they are selling.
I asked a dog cabin and they asked me to book a 4 persons cabin although we are a couple because the dog is over 25 kilos!
I talked with the lady in charge who has hurrying to hang up the phone and she said that I didn't understand well.

We traveled twice with sea jets. From Paros to Heraclion. The boat was new, clean and on time. Great experience. The second time from kissamos to gytheion. The boat was much older but clean. The booking experience was a nightmare. I booked for our camper van a ticket for a car over 4.25 meters long. That was the only suitable option. Two day before I received a message that another boat would do the trip. I rang them up to make sure that my camper still fitted in. On the phone they told me that is not a problem but I should change the car category on one of their travel agents in heraclion. To keep the story short, they kept me waiting until Last Minute to make that change and had to pay 59€ on top. My car is 5.30 long and the ferry was half empty when we left. In the whole booking I experienced unprofessional ity, indifference, arrogance. They just not care.This MUST change.

Wir haben die Fähre von Santorini nach Naxos gebucht. Kurzfristig wurde der Fahrplan geändert und auch das Boarding war total unorganisiert. 45min in einer vollen Menschenmasse warten ist scheinbar Standard. Es wurde nicht ausgewiesen, wie viele Aufgänge es gibt was dazu führte, dass ein komplettes Gedränge entstand. An Board wurde ich rausgezogen, da ich ein Studenten Ticket buchte, was scheinbar nur für griechische Studenten gilt. Dies war auf keiner Website o.ä aufgeführt, der Personalausweis wurde eingezogen und die Nachzahlung von 30€ gefordert. Scheinbar kein Einzelfall, weil eine Schlange wartete, ihre Ausweise abzuholen und irgendwelche Gebühren nachzuzahlen. Das Personal total uneinsichtig. Zudem gibt es kein WLAN Zugang. Nicht empfehlenswert

Never, ever book with this company. We had 2 tickets to travel from Piraeus to Santorini and the boat was due to leave at 9am. When we got there we were told that our boat was cancelled and we should have got on the 7am boat - and it was our problem because they texted us the change of schedule. When I looked for the text I saw it was sent at 23.30 the night before when we were asleep AND it was in Greek with English tagged at the end AND there was no marking it as an URGENT message. In any case, we weren't awake to receive it.....when I suggested this was unreasonably late notice they literally shrugged. They couldn't care less.

There were many of us caught out.

I asked for the options - they said there was another the following day at 7am - take it or leave it. I was in a tight spot and agreed to it. (Stupidly). Later I looked at flight options and we decided not let this ruin our holiday and fly that day....when we asked for our money back - they responded, you've guessed it: No. The reason was I had booked a replacement ticket (even though they didn't say I could get a refund if I didn't rebook).

You know we had a lovely holiday and the Greek people are warm and friendly.

Sea Jets nearly ruined our holiday, we lost money, had an appalling experience, were treated as scum and received no empathy for the predicament they placed us in - whatsoever. They should be ashamed of themselves but I doubt it.

Nasty business with small-minded nasty staff.

Retard, organisation déplorable, 1h30 coincés en soute, en pleine mer sans aucune règle de sécurité. Débandade totale, embarqué comme du bétail. Personnel en dessous de tout. 😡

Champions Jet is a wonderful experience. Super Jet was the exact opposite. Multiple people vomited around me from sea sickness. It was honestly quite horrific.

Only giving one star because 0 stars isn’t an option. The worst experience of my life. I will never be stepping foot on a ferry again. Ruined my experience. Will have to go to counselling for the trauma. If jumping off the boat was an option I would have done it.

Contraté esta compañía para ir con mi familia desde Athenas a Santorini, ida y vuelta, la peor decisión que pude haber tomado.

En primer lugar y sobre el viaje de ida hacia Santorini, que estaba comprado desde hace aproximadamente tres semanas para salir a las 7:00 y llegar a las 11:40 hrs; avisaron con 8 horas de anticipación que el horario fue cambiado para las 22:00 hrs del mismo día, y con llegada a las 02:40 del día siguiente, frente a lo cual no dieron ninguna explicación y nos hicieron perder todo el día planificado en la isla.

La vuelta hacia Athenas estaba planificada para las 09:20 am. por lo que nosotros llegamos aproximadamente a las 08:30 hrs., y el ferry aún no llegaba.
Debido al tiempo nos sentamos a tomar un café y esperar que sean las 09:00 para embarcar. El ferry llegó a eso de las 08:50hrs., por lo que nosotros solicitamos la cuenta para pagar. En ese transcurso escuchamos que el ferry hace sonar su “bocina”, comienza a retroceder y se aleja del puerto. Corro hacia la oficina a preguntar qué ocurre, y me dice a gritos un empleado de la empresa que el ferry ya salió, siendo las 09:01 hrs, y que la única opción es esperar el siguiente a las 12:35hrs. Traté de solicitar más explicaciones pero solo recibí gritos de vuelta.

Escribo este comentario desde el puerto de Santorini esperando que sea leído, para que no contraten esta compañía y que a nadie mas le toque vivir esta desagradable y angustiante experiencia.

If you don’t get sea sick… not to worry…. just jump on a sea jet and after about 20ish minutes of watching and smelling everyone around you projectile vomit in every crevice of the boat, you too can experience projectile vomiting of your own. As you embark , the staff is already holding baggies and and are well prepared to give you and your family a new traumatic core memory …. I’m not exaggerating …. and there are waste bins everywhere to hold gallons of vomit. I have no idea how this isn’t a safety or public health violation. It’s horrific. Take the big ferry ⛴️ or fly!!! Not worth it!!!! It was like a horror movie!

A FUIR ! Sincèrement...
- On nous prévient dans un premier message d'un changement de bateau (moins rapide mais bon...)
- On reçoit un texto à 3h du matin (Autant dire que nous ne l'avons pas vu...) pour nous prévenir d'un décalage de notre départ initialement prévu à 8h00 et reporté à 11h00...Réveil et préparatifs de toute la famille a 5h00 du matin...pour RIEN
- Une fois arrivés à Heraklion on nous a laissé cramer des heures sur un quai non aménagé (bébés inclus...)
- Nous avions payé des places en classe Platinium (300 € de plus pour 3 pers aller/retour !!!) Au final OUBLIEZ !!! tout le monde s'assoit n'importe où (enfants hurlants compris !!) Il n'y a AUCUN contrôle !
Bref horrible compagnie, gestion catastrophique et organisation inexistante !

Voyage avec seajet effectué ce jour… plus jamais je ne remonterai sur un bateau de cette compagnie… mal de mer garanti… avec nausées et vomissements 🤮 de plus on vous embarque et débarque comme des bestiaux… et pour couronner le tout vous retrouvez votre valise trempée ainsi que son contenu 😬 compagnie à éviter à tout prix … méfiez vous des tours opérateurs qui travaillent avec eux … renseignez-vous bien avant d’acheter votre voyage !!!

Ich fahre mit den SEAJETS seit nun 10 Jahren. Ich kann von keinen negativen Erfahrungen berichten. Ein super freundliches Social Media Team beantwortet Fragen sogar via Instagram. In diesen 10 Jahren erlebte ich genau eine Verspätung mit dieser Reederei, und das war dem Wetter geschuldet.

Tolle Erfahrung, weiter so!

My luggage was stolen off of SeaJets ferrying from Milos to Athens June 2023. They have not reimbursed me anything as of this date. They have ghosted me as of June 27th, hearing no reply to my multiple emails and long distant phone calls.
The company sent us on a run around while in Greece, making us have to rebook part of our trip and missing Meteora.
The port police have a binder thick as can be filled with incident reports of stolen luggage.
I just want to be reimbursed for what was stolen from me. It is possible it was an inside job.
Don't use Seajets ever!!
