This is my 4th purchase from Sea Essence and I will definitely be a returning customer. They've shown great customer service by being attentive and transparent.

The last time I ordered they rang me 10mins later to inform me that my items were out of stock. They gave me 2x 750ml jars of sea moss PLUS the 500ml I initially ordered which was much appreciated.

This time around I ordered 1x 750ml of their berry blast sea moss and they sent me 2x 500ml instead which was a nice surprise. Delivery via Royal Mail was very quick as usual, 2-3 days. Never had any delivery issues. Products are always packaged well and somewhat frozen which helps to preserve the sea moss.

I will definitely be buying again :)

Tracking never worked on Royal Mail as was not recognised. Shop app said it was deliver red at 9:30 Saturday when I was home. No parcel was delivered or left in my mail box.

Unfortunately had to write this bad review. I ordered the sea moss and the soap. Firstly didn't receive any order confirmation. After querying i received the sea moss. When I receive the parcel one item was missing upon querying they asked me to provide evidence of the parcel and what was included. Then they responded saying the second time the soap was out of stock at the time of order when online it mentioned it was in stock. So basically taking our money and not informing us that the item is out of stock. Now it's been over a week they advised me that the item is now in stock and will sent out to me with dispatch confirmation. Still no soap received. Overall very poor customer service.

I ordered 2 jars, it came in good time, package was safe and as soon as I get thru the 2 jars I'll be ordering more, onto my 2nd jar right now. Excellent service, excellent products

Claims a lot of things but lets face it, it is just placebo! It did absolutely nothing for me apart from impacting my bank balance in a negative way.

I purchased the 720ml Sea-moss as well as the gut cleanser ,both are fantastic products.
My picky 1 year old loves the taste of the sea moss.
She always holds her mouth open when she sees her dad opening the jar.
Definitely family friendly and to know that the benefits are endless, now that’s a bargain!!
My jar is finished so I will be restocking immediately.

Quick delivery and so happy with the product. Has made such a difference to my energy levels, getting all the nutrients I need!

My jar arrived completely smashed in the bag, so emailed the company asking for a replacement and they never replied. Waste of money.

I have lost count of the number of jars of Sea Moss I have ordered but would not be without this ‘Natural Magic in a jar’ that’s what we call it in our house.

We have felt more energised, less stomach /digestive issues and feel that the vitamins provide us with an improved immune system less colds and virus's especially throughout the winter ..

We take daily and it would literally be one of our Desert Island Must Haves!

Sea Essence always delivers quickly and the jar arrives in its own little freezer bag … the 99p postage price it’s super value .. love it …

Ps Sea Moss is great as a facial mask, once a week, 10 mins.. Wash off.. glowing skin.. 🌸

I don’t even want to give this company one star. I placed an order on Wednesday the 17th of April and it was due to be delivered on Saturday but the package was damaged which means it was badly packaged. I spend £95 and the company couldn’t care less about how they package their products as long as they get their money. I have emailed twice and have been told on Sunday the 21st to wait for an update. I messaged on instagram and emailed twice but no response. They have taken my money and given me no product that is technically fraud. I don’t know how this company is running. They won’t even call me to speak to me when this is all their fault and I received no response. I will take this matter further as this company is a fraud and is not fit for business if this is how they treat customers. This is the time ordering and it will definitely be the last time!

I used sea essence for a while and never had any issues until my last jar arrived and was a very watery consistency and had a very strong smell which no other jar had before. I reached out and emailed regarding this as I was worried I couldn’t consume it and could of been a faulty batch,I sent photos and videos on the email and I was disappointed that it took another 2 emails and 6 days for anyone to get back to me. They got back to me to say they would send a replacement jar so I threw out the fault jar. I then received another jar 5 days later. As soon as I received this I sent another email straight away along with more photos and videos as the consistency and smell was exactly the same. It is now 12 days later and I have still not had a reply to my 3 emails chasing this up , I have now not had any sea moss since the first faulty jar so I can no longer feel the benefits and now I have a jar that is now almost out of date and was a waste of money and I would like a refund. Terrible customer service

I can’t remember when I first tried out sea moss but, the day i started.. for a month had no acne nor breakout, my skin looked good and I felt lighter. I decided to get 2 more and they just arrived recently and it’s absolutely amazing 😊😊

Loved every bit

Im loving the sea moss however ever since i subscribed, it gets delivered to me in a very poor packaging. The sea moss came out of the jar and the lid wasn’t secure enough. The lid was tilted so it wasn’t on properly.

I ordered 3 jars and received 2. Have e-mailed several times and the issue has not been resolved

Shoddy customer service no reply to any emails had to ask PayPal for a refund possibl scam
