I have been using sea essence for over 3 months now and I can make a fair review and say I am absolutely impressed with the service , the quality of the products and the fact that they actually work! I was very skeptical as I’ve used many products on my skin that is supposed to help lighten marks etc and non have worked and have usually made it worse but the products from sea essence have worked and they are amazing!
Would highly recommended

I joined Sea Essence’s affiliate program in good faith and spent $499.48 on paid campaigns, driving 66 confirmed orders and earning £480.03 in commissions. Despite repeated requests and submission of every possible report, Sea Essence has refused to pay a single penny and consistently stonewalls communication.

Conclusion:
Sea Essence’s behavior demonstrates a blatant lack of professionalism and integrity. They exploit affiliates’ time and investment, then make impossible demands when it’s time to pay. I strongly advise against joining their program or purchasing their products; supporting them only enables this predatory practice.

I have emailed twice—on July 21st and again this morning—and both times received an automated response stating I would receive a reply in 48 minutes. I have not received any follow-up.

It has now been 11 days since I placed my order, which was advertised as having 2–3 day delivery. I have not received the product, nor any meaningful response regarding its status.

Please respond immediately with a clear update on my order. I have not received any update regarding my order. It has now been over six days since my last inquiry, and almost a month since I originally placed the order.

As I still have not received the item, I kindly request a full refund. Please process this as soon as possible.

This experience has been very disappointing, and unfortunately, I will not be purchasing from you again.

Does nothing that it claims to do. I have all 3 soaps and both the sea moss ones do nothing Infact the tumeric one stings my face so for people with sensitive skin I wouldn’t recommend. Was expecting to see good results but just disappointed

I recently purchased the Seamoss and Turmeric soap bar. I'm currently getting through my first one, but so far it has been so beneficial for my skin. My blemishes are clearing up a lot quicker than what they would when I used other facial cleansers and my skin is left feeling so soft and glowing. The bar is easy to use, it cleanses and exfoliates your skin and it doesn't have a bad smell which is great.

Not sure about this company? I ordered sea moss over 2 weeks ago, it took a week to arrive and has apparently been delivered (but is definitely not here). I was home and no photo was taken by the courier. I’ve contacted sea essence twice to with no response. Evri’s automated phone line cuts me off and says “we are having technical difficulties” once I request an investigation. It only does this with this particular order. I found a phone number for sea essence via my bank transaction but the number does not connect. It is however registered to a hairdresser/ beauty supply business in London.
This lead me to look at the government website for sea essences filling records. A few sea essence companies had been struck off with one still open but probably about to be struck off again once they don’t file their accounts. They’re all registered to the same person. Not test found the connection to the small hairdressers however. I’ve filled an investigation with my bank however I’m not sure it’s really their problem.
I’ve spend a week trying to track it down but it’ll probably be out of date by now, and frankly after looking through these reviews, I don’t really want to use it.

Don’t believe what you see on their social media! They will only support you to get you to buy their product but once you’ve purchased it, they couldn’t care less if the product is not working as they already got the money. I am honestly shocked at the customer service, they told me I can’t return the item as the products are natural. Pathetic. Their product claims to clear acne and brighten skin and it did none of that for me! Under the consumer rights act 2015, I have every right to return the product.

I think this company are showing other peoples products and passing it off as their own… I have bought their seamoss soap multiple times now and every time it makes my skin break out. When you look at their content, the woman are using a much darker coloured yellow soap which I have seen floating around social media on American companies pages. I do not think the content is their own. When I asked them why my skin keeps breaking out they said it takes time for your skin to adjust but I am on my third bar… how much time does it need. I won’t be buying from them again

On the 13.05.25 i placed a order for my wifes birthday this has not even been sent out. Ive emailed countless times and no reply. Probably still wont get a reply now so ill have to take this to small claims court. As its been over 3 weeks and it still stayes 'Order #75181 is awaiting fulfillment.' As of the 04.06.25

My order got delayed by Evri, that wasn’t even bad enough it finally got delivered incomplete, I ordered the hyperpigmentation bundle and got only the tumeric face soap, for a first time customer I am never ordering from this brand again 👎

I got the seamoss and Tumeric bar soap and the vitamin C serum. It has brightened my hyperpigmentation and dark spots on my next. Definitely recommend buying.

I partnered with Seaessence Essence Herbal LTD through their affiliate marketing program and generated qualified traffic/sales as agreed. However, it’s been over 3 months, and I still haven’t received any affiliate commission payments despite meeting all the required thresholds.

I’ve reached out multiple times via email and support channels but received either no reply or vague responses with no clear payment timeline. This kind of delay and lack of transparency is unprofessional and damaging to affiliate trust.

I strongly advise other affiliates and marketers to be cautious when working with Seaessence Essence Herbal LTD until they demonstrate a more reliable and respectful approach to payments and communication.

Amazing products! Within a week we saw a difference with our son’s skin whom has suffered with eczema for over a year now. His skin is now fully clear thanks to the seamoss soaps!

My product arrived in damaged packaging and it had leaked in the bubble bag and into the cardboard box. I took photographs and completed the contact page that the company has on its site, explaining what had happened that same day. However I was unable to attach the photographs. So I then sent an email to the address given under their 'Refund Policy' on their website.,

After a week, I have still not heard anything from the company, despite contacting them several more times via email and there doesn'tappear to be a phone number I can call. . I had to throw the product away as the seal on the jar had been broken, some if the contents had leaked out and I didn't think it wise to consume the rest of the product.

This is the second jar of Sea Gel that I ordered. I had no problems with the first delivery, but extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service over this issue.

I have bought the turmeric sea moss soap and the zesty skin oil. The soap did start to improve my pimples, however, it has actually stained the area around my mouth for some reason into this yellowish colour looking like a bruise. The oil itself isn’t too bad, but then again I’m not sure if it were the soap or the oil or both that has discoloured my skin. So be careful.

1 star for evri. Never received my order. They said they delivered through my post box. But nothing was received.

From the turmeric and honey seamoss soap and the seamoss gel and I have just made a purchase for viral seamoss soap which im excited about.
I would highly recommend this product and the customer service is amazing

I have bought around 15 jars in the last two years. I like the texture as it’s softer than others therefore when I mix it in hot water in the morning it dissolves really well. It’s been really good for my gut and in boosting my immune.
