This is the third time I've used SD Wheel when I needed new wheels.As always they go. Over and above to get it done efficiently with a good choice of available products.

This is my second set of wheels and tires in the last six years wouldn’t go anywhere else great price awesome product

SD Wheel was on POINT!!! From the selection process to staff to the final product being delivered much earlier then promised, "Superb" !!! Shout out to my sales assistant who actually sent me pictures of what the wheels and tires would look like on my car, Derek, thanks so much.... and Lief who called me back to make sure I had an opportunity to get my wheels ceramic coated... Top Notch service. Thanks guys.

First, I ordered wheels two months later I’ll call back and they remembered who I was and sent me the tires after I needed them. Hands-down, the easiest way to get wheels and tires on the planet.

When I had trouble with the website I contacted them directly and they fixed it immediately. The price was great and shipping was very good.

This company is still terrible they say on the website that they are professional in helping you pick out the correct rims and tires for you vehicles. I made 2 orders from them and both times the order was wrong the tires didn’t even fit the rims had to pay 1000 to send the order back so lost money there and then I decided to give them the benefit of doubt and made another order for my car and the order was still wrong.. My question is the people that put the tires on can clearly see that the tires didn’t even fit not fit the rims and should of stopped the process and reached out to me and said something we have to change your tires to a bigger size. I’m gonna file a lawsuit against this company because they know that they are wrong for even shipping me those orders… It’s called quality control and any person that seen that order should have known that those tires didn’t even fit not fit those rims I even reached out to them both time and all I got was the run around they will be hearing from my lawyer soon and I have gathered all the information I needed to move forward with my lawsuit!!

From searching the website to the purchase and delivery everything was perfect! Price, the product is excellent. The shipping was faster than expected. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again. Love my new wheels, they look awesome.

i had a great experience with Anthony Headley. He helps me good and fast.

I've previously ordered the tis 544,bmr in black finish with red edges on gladiators, great wheels and tires and I must add that they sure are head turners. But recently I placed an order for two extras and I ended up receiving the all red version of these. Once I recieved the tires and rims, thought nothing of it loaded up the order onto my pickup (trusted that it would be what I ordered) took my vehicle into the shop to get the tire mounted on. When I picked up my truck I noticed it was not the correct wheel. I quickly ended up contacting sd wheel customer service and got told they could not make it right for me and send me the correct wheel because the tire and wheel had already been mounted on. Although, it was their fault and sent me the wrong color. Bottom line sd wheel your policies should be more adjustable to meet customers needs. As a customer you trust the company you drop a pretty penny into. All I got to say is that sd wheel lost a faithful honest customer.
My advice, look for a place locally or where you can meet in person.

Oh let me count the ways why one should not walk - rather RUN - from this half-baked Mickey Mouse operation!

171 minutes on phone (their phone tree to get a human; let alone a competent one; is among the worst I've ever experienced).

Placed initial order several weeks ago and once I received the invoice - it was WRONG. Trying to cancel the order was a goat rope that led to two days of emails and phone calls and just utter incompetence!

Alas - enter stage right - a very "helpful" manager who implored me to remove my Google Review and promised to severely discount a new order (which he did) if I would give SD Wheels another opportunity to earn my business. I should have listened to my own gut instinct and stayed far far away.....

9 days later (clearly shipping is not among their skill sets either - but no worries, they are blaming COVID and Holidays like everyone else - despite in stock items)! Thank you Jeff Bezo's for showing us that CUSTOMER service and supply chain competence DOES exist.

Alas, the day came for delivery and install. Not one....rather TWO.....of the long awaited Voxx wheels were opened with significant damage!

I give up. Another two hours of waiting for an RMA to UPS them back - only to be jerked around. Had to contact Voxx Wheels directly to get the RMA that sat in SD Wheel's inbox for over an hour.

Bottom line up front - CONSIDER other vendors. This place is clearly not ready to sell paper bags let alone custom wheels/tires!

Refund finally initiated today. And they would lead you to believe that they've done me a great favor. My contribution is warning others. RUN.....RUN FAR FAR AWAY from this outfit. You will save time; money; and frustration as a result!

**UPDATED: And from the lengthy plethora of excuses listed below remember - 171 minutes of hold time and calls; two and half weeks of wasted shipping time/delays (but plenty of excuses to complement the "why"; Any discerning consumer should be able to read between the lines here. RUN! This place is a train wreck! But kudos for them trying to protect "negative reviews" and offering $400 in discounts to remove a review - only to JACK UP the second order/discounted order even worse!

Do NOT use this company. My wheels are pitting after 6 months of use. Rep COLIN says it`s my fault. Once they have your money you are screwed. NO warranty! They suck!!!!!!
