SDS Garage Doors Recenzje

Excellent company. We have used them a couple of times for repairs and for the installation of a new garage door. Very efficient from begining to end. We were kept updated throughout the process and all the staff were very knowledgable, helpful and friendly. We confidently reccomend them.

The team from SDS arrived on time and worked very efficiently to fit my new garage door . They were friendly and approachable , and did a very good job.

SDS were very efficient from initial quote to final installation. The surveyor gave a clear description of the doors the installation engineers kept the site clean and tidy and gave a full demonstration of the door operation before leaving.

The quality of the garage door is excellent and the installation smooth. However there has been an issue due to the level of the floor which required an extra visit and remedial work to stop long term damage to the door mechanism. This was efficiently remedied.

Very good service and communication from start to finish. Great job all round and Evie was very helpful with any queries we had. Would definitely recommend.

This is an excellent company. Extremely efficient at all times, lovely to deal with on every level. They have fitted a huge garage door that works beautifully and looks great. I recommend them highly.

SDS have provided a fantastic service from start to finish. The whole team have provided expert knowledge of the product and have provided excellent aftersales advice. They have provided a quality product that has been fitted with care and attention to detail.

Having spent quite some time gathering quotes and comparing products, by far SDS offered the best. From the first, initial email through to fitting, customer care, service and communication was excellent (faultless!) Our new door is brilliant, neatly fitted and we’re confident that if we have a problem, SDS won’t hesitate to help. Thank you to everyone at SDS - your approach really stands out!

Thank you to Martin and the team for your very honest and efficient service. The service you have supplied is first class, and totally customer focused. Nothing was to much trouble. Extremely informative and professional from the very start to the completed install, which has been superbly done and looks fantastic. Would i recommend them, yes i would and already have. This company is getting it so right where many other are failing(communication with your customer).

Excellent service at every stage. Very friendly and helpful phone calls, followed by email, text and other calls when needed. Quick, efficient and professional
Highly recommended.

I am the most cautious of shoppers, and nobody does their homework more thoroughly than I do. But having studied your website, read your reviews, glanced at the ratings of other local suppliers and got an online quote from a top national company, I had no hesitation in coming straight to you and I have not for a moment regretted it.

It's been the most straightforward purchase I have made in years - my wife is still in shock. It can take me more time and effort to choose a tube of toothpaste.

From the initial consultation to the completion of installation, the process has been entirely satisfactory. Knowledgeable advice, no-pressure salesmanship, efficient and painstaking installation, quality product at a fair price, pleasant and helpful people to deal with - I couldn't ask for more. Big thank-you to all the team.

Excellent service. Debbie and her colleague were very helpful on the phone, an early date was arranged to fix the problem (relating to a lost remote), due to the need to access the garage urgently - and the issue was fixed quickly, efficiently and in a friendly manner by the engineer. I would thoroughly recommend SDS.

Garage door was broken , sent some pictures to them asking for quotes for a new door. Evie replied quickly, and said it could be repaired. Tony, who repaired it was great, tidied up. Definitely recommend them, all the I spoke to were friendly and helpful.

Right from the start we’ve had a great experience. We visited the showroom and were taken through the options regarding which door was likely to be suitable and we were given a cost estimate so we could make an informed decision.

When measuring up Martin and Evie were friendly and professional answering all our queries and explaining how the fit would go.

Tony and Jack came to do the fit of the new door and again I can’t fault them. Friendly, knowledgeable and when they were done they left a clean site.

Finally it’s worth pointing out that when we initially enquired both Jamie and then Martin checked with us if we really wanted a new door as there was an option to upgrade our existing door. I thought this was great as it showed they were interested in the option that was best for us, not for them. We got a new door as it turns out.

We’d happily recommend SDS to anyone who asks, that’s about as smooth a process as a customer could hope for.

Thanks

We chose SDS Doors for our new garage door after looking at many suppliers and doors online. Our survey was carried out quite soon after our enquiry and was satisfactory with a quotation in line with our expectations. Supply took a little longer than expected but was unsurprising in view of present circumstances. We were given a date and approximate time which was within 10 minutes of actual arrival. The fitters were 2 very pleasant, polite and considerate men, also giving work experience to a young lad who told us they treated him well. We are delighted with the door and the instructions given for its use and care and also the prompt responses from the admin team at SDS doors.

Despite being just out of the guarantee , the fact that the pcb board had failed, a new one was ordered and it was fitted at the agreed time with no fuss and professionalism.
At the agreed price of the equivalent of two call outs we are well satisfied and would recommend this company in the future. Thank you.

I found that SDS garages carried out the job to a high standard, and I was very pleased with the end result, and it was just what I wanted. I would definitely recommend them.

Excellent service throughout; from prompt replies to emails, excellent visit to survey the garage , to the team who arrived promptly and fitted the door, in a clean and efficient manner. A first class company who I would whole heartedly recommend.

From initial survey to completed installation the customer service was first class. Excellent communication throughout the whole process delivered by competent and friendly staff. Installation team were very tidy and efficient and fitted a high quality product to a high standard. They were also friendly and took the time to explain the important features of the new door and explained the back-up service and warranty provided. Overall, couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

The service has been faultless from start to finish with great advise regarding making the correct choice for a new garage door. Very pleased.
