I purchase a vest from them that i found on Pinterest, which was my first mistake. The item arrived faster than expected, but it was just a plain vest, not the one advertised and for almost triple the price of something similar on Amazon. They are not responding to emails, so I guess I'm stuck.

Disgusting customer service. Please be aware of this website. The quality of this clothing is a solid 0 and the refund process is pretty much non-existent at this point. I have emailed customer service 3 times and zero response. What a complete scam. Facebook and Pinterest should not be promoting this fraudulent run company. Stay away!

I have written the company asking for a refund. I sent them the photos as their website requests of what I received vs what I ordered. I have not received any response. I began the process the same day I received the poor quality, nothing like what I ordered. Their website says the claim must be made within 15 days and they respond within 24 hours. I’m on day 7 and still no response. If this site allowed a negative star rating SDCTS would get it. The fact that both Facebook and Pinterest are huge platforms for this scam shows how much those platforms only watch out for themselves.

Total SCAM.
What you receive is a far boiled down product from what is displayed!
Linen shirt on picture and description is synthetic horrible fitting material, not wearable.
bathing suits: design not even close to resembling the displayed design
Material bad quality and print washed out.
The brand is a a total rip off.

Robes moches et importantes.
Société chinoise qui refuse de rembourser et propose de recommander mêmes articles de nouveau a 50% moins cher.
Escro querie car ce n'est pas respectueux des clients.
N'achetez surtout pas sur ce site

The shirt was shoddily made. Material was cheap. Did not look like what was advertised. I'm in the process of getting a refund.

Les sociétés (yuyear, ruanbay, scdts) qui sont en réalité une seule et même société ont une politique commerciale mensongère et scandaleuse car il s’agit d'une tromperie sur le marchandise. Elles indiquent sur Internet que leurs robes et chemises sont soit en coton soit en coton et lin et quand elles arrivent, elles sont toutes en polyester et spandex. Elles portent toutes les mêmes étiquettes indiquant les matières utilisées provenant d'une seule et unique fabrique. Quand vous demandez le remboursement, vous vous apercevez que les 3 sociétés vous envoient exactement le même courrier et vous font la même proposition avec une remise de 15 % si vous gardez la marchandise.. Les photos sont superbes mais la marchandise reçue ne ressemble à rien. FUYEZ !!! SURTOUT N'ACHETEZ RIEN SUR CE SITE NI CELUI DES 3 AUTRES SOCIETES MENTIONNEES. VOL EN BANDE ORGANISEE
