My First Time With SCRUMstudy
This was the most exciting experience that I had with SCRUMstudy. Beginning with user-friendly websites to easily downloadable study materials. Going through the webinar (midnight to morning, my time), was so great and I wished to repeat the class so that I can answer correctly all the exercises. Currently I am slowly going through the SBOK Guide religiously, so I can be well prepared to sit for the exam. This is a very useful course that should be included as a module in earlier years software engineering classes.

Bad training, worse "customer service"
I paid for the Scrum Master training to the tune of 450.00. I waited an unusually long amount of time between responses from the company. Eventually I was sent training materials and by that time, my access to the course was flagged to expire. The course expired before the training era staff ever responded to me. I disputed the charge and could not come to a resolution with the staff member who called me and literally yelled at me for wanting more information on what happened and an in-writing resolution before closing my billing dispute.
From what I could tell, the course is just a machine voice reading their home cooked book. I was extremely skeptical to purchase this course. I should have listened to my gut. Positive reviews must be fake or incentivized.
Videos were cheap, UI was cheap/sloppy, chapter test UI was worse than anything I've seen on the internet since the 90s.
