I completed my Scrum and Agile certification from SCRUMstudy and I am very happy to provide my review so that it may be helpful for others. The course is very structured with multiple examples and case studies including the mobile app but you might lose a bit of track when it comes to preparing for the final exams because the questions available in the online portal is not enough and very tricky. But you do get access to the soft copy of the SBOK guide on the website which in my believe is the only and the best tool to prepare for the exam. The guide helped me understand the terms and concepts way better and clear the exam as well. I am really finding it helpful in my work place as well but I have a suggestion that SCRUMStudy should definitely look into adding more mock questions in the online course. Apart from that the course is very valuable and useful to IT professionals.

The same as the another person wrote here, my company card use used to charge me for 35$ for the subscription. Although 'subscrtiption charges' were mentioned somewhere along the process, I didn't notice it. It seems that you are continuously being charged for subscription till you explicitly remove it.
Based on the useful comment on this site, I managed to understand that this charge was done for the subscription fee.
I'm happy that American Express informed me on the charging on time.
Eventually I have received my refund after contacting their customer support (it took a few back and forth interactions).

Initial contact was pleasant, very responsive bit it was all a trap. I got a 60 day subscription, sat for the exam and passed with 2 weeks to go on the subscription. I got my credit card statement 1 week after the subscription end and there it was, another subscription charge. I reached out to Scrum study to object to the charge and request a refund. I got a response from Scrum study stating that because I did not cancel by subscription they automatically renewed it. Since then I've sent multiple messages pointing out the illegality of the charge, Scrum study has refused to respond or provide a refund.

Thank you for your awesome response however I think you missed the point here. Like to said it's a 60 day subscription, you cannot renew without consent. In addition, most transparent organizations do not store payment information without explicitly making it known to the cardholder. This is not longer a tenable practice.
You unilaterally charge the cardholder and expect the cardholder to call you within 7 days of the charge, this assumes the cardholder is constantly checking their account (or should I say not checking). That being, I've contacted support more than 5 times without a response or a refund.

I have done the agile certification by my self and can only say that the processes are best described and the teaching methods via online videos are very good.
In the past I have done a similar certification by scrum org.
The difference is the pricing model.

Plaform was very user friendly. I was not expecting an easier way to get full knowledge & certification. Thanks ScrumStudy!

The course seemed too pre-recorded with no ability to speak directly with the instructor.

I've read a lot of the negative reviews but didn't experience any of the negative issues listed. I went through Courses Platform for my online course which as a contractor allowed me to not miss work. I was able to enroll, had the SBOK shipped as we able to download material and digest the material with testing after each segment completed. The test was solid, the certification is recognized in the industry (even when I looked on LinkedIn) and I am now well versed enough in Scrum/Agile that I've gotten through some intense interviews that were almost oral exams to make sure I could do the job. ScrumStudy prepared me for this.

Their "Scrum Guide" is a copy of the PMI PMP PMBok, it adds unnecessary complexity to what is a lightweight and fast methodology (Scrum) and their "certifications" are a joke. The agile expert certified one has 1.5 minute videos for stuff like FDD, or DSDM, and 10 detailed questions about them, for which they provide no explanation of their basis. Stay away.

This is one of thousands of India (all Bangalore, it seems) based pseudo eTraining companies. Nameless companies with obscured background and ownership, no contact information, shell/fake business addresses, etc.

Worse of all... they're unrepentant, massive unsolicited email SPAMMERS.

(1) Registration in Maryland is a mailbox
(2) Arizona office is empty unmarked business complex
(3) Their other listed offices is in... Bangalore
(4) They don't have PATENTS, which is intellectual property with actual potential value.... they have TRADEMARK and copyrights, which is a matter of paying 200$ to the USPTO to protect a name nobody on earth would want to steal, anyway.

Nobody with half a brain could be convinced any of the above is proof of a reputable business with actual value. "A partner network of 1700 people in 90 countries" is the same as saying Amway (pyramid scheme) has 17000 employees in 100 countries. I actually feel bad for the suckers who have to peddle nonsense on their platform.

A company with integrity would put proudly puts its founder and management in the About Us page, but of course Tridibesh is too ashamed to do that.

i've left so many support tickets on a double charge that you made on my course, but no response!!! and no refund! are you guys running some scam?!

Their material are good for understanding the role and pain points involved. But its upto to the people how much effort they can put and understand everything mentioned in the material.

I am an Agile Transformation Consultant and I chose Scrunstudy because the SBOK is realistic. I.e. if you knew nothing about scrum or agile you could apply SBOK and be successful. Other orgs publish broad vague concepts and leave it up to instructors to fill in gaps which is hit and miss depending on the instructor. Scrumstudy can be done completely online which is a big plus. Videos are top notch and may be watched repeatedly.. I now have SMC and SPOC. Not that I needed them but my clients like to see certifications.
And most employers don't care who certifies you. Just be able to talk scrum and some experiences.

Very poor to not say less customer service. I fully paid for a course 2 weeks ago and so far I haven't received any details or information about it. Requested someone to contact e several times and still waiting. That's not the kind of treatment you expect top receive, definetely won't recommend it.

I attended the SMC virtual class conducted by Winfried Hackmann. I had my doubts about a virtual class, but Winfried did a great job. It was really interactive and I think I was able to learn better than an actual classroom session. Would highly recommend.

I enrolled for SCRUMstudy's New York SMC class back in Feb 2018. There were 12 people in the class and the class was informative.

Pros:
1) Free Scum Webinar
2) Fundamental course access (helped a lot the basics of scrum)
3) Great online courses
4) Faculty was highly experienced for my class
5) SBOK

Cons:
1) Not a Scrum alliance class

I am very delighted to be a part of it. Specially, I am thankful to SCRUMstudy for giving me an wonderful opportunity to explore my ability and to update my skills, which will helpful to me in my career. Its having excellency in providing online certified courses which is very informative and help us to learn practically.

SCRUMstudy is the only organization that is providing SBOK ( SCRUM Body Of Knowledge ) guide. Excellent online courses module.
