I ordered two sets of shirts that they had on special, never received neither set and was charged. impossible to get a refund. I am still trying to get money back from the company. shipping was free because of how much I spent and now they don't even want to give me back the shipping worst purchase ever!!!! I wouldn't give it any stars except it won't let me do less than one.
Order placed in October and never arrived. Initial customer service contact was professional, however further emails were not answered and the charge on my card was never reversed despite my request. Guess I will be paying for an order that never arrived and would urge customers to read reviews prior to placing any orders. Very disappointed with this company and with their substandard customer service.
Products never arrived. Zero customer service response after three emails and two phone calls, nothing. Still no scrubs pants, contact with an actual person, or refund. Do NOT trust this company with your order. Their positive reviews are taken from other locations and companies. DO NOT be fooled.
BEWARE!!! All I’m going to say is, if you decide to order from Scrubs.com do it through PayPal!!! That is the only way you are guaranteed to get your items. PayPal’s purchase protection covers all purchases and payments. But personally I won’t be ordering from them again!
Ordered surgical green scrubs. Pants had no stretch or elasticity as indicated in description. Instead of offering to help, the representative said “ sorry for your misunderstanding “… and that was it. Customer service could improve.
This company is about the largest scam as any I have encountered. Located in California, of course, they have not replied to my concerns about their inability to provide good as advertised. I paid shippng and handling when I placed my order, but when the package arrived the PO assessed more shipping fees. This is not good. I also refused a package and requested a refund and have not heard anything from the company. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!
