They resent my package for free with great attention

Have picked up multiple SCRT products now, just love their stuff.

The quality of the products were great, arrived quickly. One of the rings I purchased arrived damaged and not with the best finish, I spoke to customer support who were extremely quick and helpful, offering a replacement to be sent out and a free return.

Love to Support local brands, great quality products. designs are individual and unique. Postage is overpriced even for standard. always better to buy and collect.

Amazing costumer service, even though international shipping takes like 2 weeks. Which isn’t their fault. But wrote to them on instagram/email, and I got a respond and had a conversation about my package in less than 10 minutes. Really good costumer services, and they’re good at making you undstand what’s going on.

I’ve ordered from SCRT several times now- their pieces are so unique and incredibly high quality. For a gal like me who loves freaky movies and a good cap, nothing compares! Customer service is always fantastic and shipping is so fast that sometimes the dispatch email actually makes me jump. Thank you SCRT, you’ve got a lifelong customer in me!

Ordered a few pieces online but wasn't sure of size so I checked the size guide - everything fit perfectly! The package was delivered quickly even though it was Christmas rush (easy to follow the tracking online) and I am super impressed with the quality and construction - particularly the knits and prints.

I've bought a couple of things from SCRT in the past few months without any issues whatsoever. Love the product, love the way it comes packaged etc. etc. And when not too long ago I did have a (very minor) problem with an order I'd made, not only were they super quick to respond, they were also incredibly generous and thorough in how they dealt with the problem!

Very poor experience from start to finish.

My order took more than 21 days to arrive, with no tracking information provided at any point. I contacted support several times in this period asking where my package was, but received no clear or helpful response.

When the item finally arrived, it did not fit, so I attempted to return it within the legal 14-day period. My return was rejected even though I acted well within my consumer rights of 14 days return.

The only “reason” seems to be that they state discounted product can’t be returned, this is also against the law. And as I used a welcome discount code provided to you on the website when purchasing. That is not a valid legal reason to deny a return. A discount or promotion does not remove the statutory right of withdrawal, unless the item is personalised or otherwise legally exempt, which this was not.

Refusing returns in this situation is against EU/UK consumer law. If SCRT does not comply with the law and allow a proper return, I will report this to the relevant consumer protection authorities.

Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience: extremely slow delivery, no tracking, poor communication, and a refusal to respect basic consumer rights. Such disregard for established consumer rights reflects poor and frankly shameful business practices.

I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering.
