Rude to the point of insulting.
Screenplay did acceptable work the first few jobs. On the last job, the end result looked nothing like the proof, ruining our merchandise. When we confronted them, their technician admitted that their capabilities are below what was required to print our job. When confronting the owner, he was rude and offensive. At one point he answered his phone while I was mid sentence. In a round about way he alluded to the fact that our business was of such unimportance that it did not matter that we are taking a large loss for their lack of technical abilities. Only once every ten years does someone offend me as bad as the owner and staff of Screenplay.
