I was looking to get rid of a broken electric cooker
I searched the net and got Scrap4Free number. I messaged my details and within 2 hours I had spoken to someone and the collection time was booked for the next day at 9am. The guys that came out were very polite and even asked if they should remove their shoes

Experience was just awful beyond words. As soon as they deem you to not have enough 'value' in your scrap, you get put on a blacklist and basically nobody bothers to come collect.

They started ignoring my emails after promising to follow up, and my scrap has been left to just sit there.

Incredibly unprofessional service and I will never ever recommend.
