This is our 3rd year going to Eagle Nest. We absolutely love our stay. With a beautiful home with plenty of room for everyone. The lake/beach/fire pit is all we need to make great memories.

Great accommodations

Beautiful home with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Check in was later then I would have preferred but they allowed us to stay late on the other end so that helped. Fireplace was beautiful. Lots of space for us all to spread out. Would definitely stay again.

Maplewood hideaway is a very nice accommodation with updated appliances. Hot tub & game room are easily accessible. We had one problem with carpenter ants the second evening of our stay, but Kim provided us with a transfer to another house, Upper Scott Lake Retreat. This all worked out well.

The whole booking process from start to finish was outstanding. Our host Elizabeth was responsive with all of our questions and concerns. Upon arrival we found both houses (Lucky Duck and Hawks Haven) to be cleaned and organized. Both kitchens were fully stocked and had plenty of utensils for all 20 of us. The lake was perfect for kids to play in as it had a sandy bottom. The yard was big enough for young kids to run and play. Fire pit was a nice touch as well. We would definitely recommend this location for any large families. The 10 bedrooms and four bathrooms were a nice touch as well.

Our extended family (mostly adults & a couple kids) stayed at Hawk’s Haven & Lucky Duck. We booked through Airbnb.
We really enjoyed our time. The beach was nice & the shallow, warm water & sand were great for our young ones. We also enjoyed paddle boarding, kayaking & canoeing on the lake, as well as watching 4th of July fireworks over it. It was lovely to have our friends own quiet space and beach, but still be close enough to towns (Pullman & South Haven) for groceries, restaurants & other activities.
We appreciated the # of bedrooms & bathrooms. There was ample seating for our group for meals, board games & bonfires.
We also appreciated that the hosts provided daily removal of seaweed & goose poop (they also had small easily-movable fences along the beach to discourage geese from entering the property).
We would gladly return!

We really love Sunset Beach. The house is perfect for our kids and grandsons with 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The boys love playing in the water, sand and fishing. If any help is needed, the staff respond quickly which we appreciate. All staff is friendly and professional.

We love the lake! It is perfect for younger children, and our family always has a great experience here. The houses are very well stocked and kept up nicely. Having seven bedrooms and 4 baths is a huge plus when there are so many people! The management is always very helpful and timely. We have never had an issue they didn't resolve quickly. We have been coming back for a few years, and our family will continue to come back.

We have stayed at this property multiple times and keep coming back. It is beautiful, quiet and clean. Great for our size group. They are always very helpful if anything comes up. Highly recommend this property. Property is even better than the pics!

Rented from here multiple times. Houses are beautiful, spotless and very peaceful. Rental process has always been seamless and staff is always there to help.

This is our 3rd year returning to Scott Lake for our family holiday celebration. The house is perfect for our large family. Everyone has bedroom space, the kids especially love the cousin sleepover in the bunk room. The house has all the amenities we enjoy!

Wonderful property, great for large families like ours. We've been coming here for several years, and hope to continue for several more! It is clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. The management is easy to work with as well.

We had 17 people total and the kitchen, dining and living area was perfect for us. We can have time together easily. Building fire was awesome. Lake view, with the sunset was beautiful. Very clean and instruction for the house was easy to follow.

No complaints at all! We’ve been coming for 6 years now. This trip we had an issue with the entry lock. I made a quick call and Tracy was there in LESS THAN FIVE MINUTES and let us in. The very next day the lock was replaced. I call that EXCELLENT SERVICE. There have been no other issues. I find the staff to be friendly, informative, accommodating, and caring.

The layout was great for our group with young children.
We were outside a lot with the spacious yard and
beach area, and loved it.
We lucked out with very few mosquitoes being that we were there in August, with surprisingly cooler weather.
The window air conditioning units did not seem to
be sealed tight enough in the windows and the landscaping around the home needed attention. We needed to kill flying bugs inside on our first night as many made their way in the home somehow. Did the overgrown bushes and poorly installed air conditioners contribute? We put this into the category of "cabin" life, but with little ones, this does make a difference. We loved having two refrigerators and beach toys and books for the little ones.
Be careful expecting what you see on line in pictures to be inside the "cabin". We did not have a ping pong table as viewed in the picture. There isn't a "land Line" as described also. The downstairs bifold closet doors
have tracks that don't want to work also. All these concerns are easy fixes and we hope they are taken care of for next season, as we would
love to go back if schedules work.
The management was available for questions and problems and this is a big help.

Properties were exactly as described. The location was perfect since we were able to rent two houses next door to each other for our very large group. Communication with the property managers was easy and they were very thorough. Highly recommend staying here again.

Very spacious, clean homes for large groups that had all of the amenities needed with a great lake view.

We truly enjoyed the clean and comfortable home. It had all the conveniences that we needed to stay a week with our family. The beach front was perfect. We couldn't have had a better place to stay.
