Id like to say thank you to the letting team at Witney, who found tenants for my flat within a week of commencing the management of my property.

Highly professional service, polite and efficient when it comes to handle issues and resolve problems! Sammie and her team are always at hand and trying their very best to deal with anything that comes their way, from managing the place, the finances and also, of course, the tenancies

I’ve had a shockingly bad experience with a rental property let and managed by this agent. Rent was paid several months in advance but on moving in it became clear that there were a whole series of problems with the house that should have been identified and addressed prior to the property being marketed (not least the fact that a number of the radiators in the house needed replacing). Problems have been made worse by the fact that it has taken weeks and multiple visits by various contractors to begin to address the problems and we have had to live with the disruption this has caused. We’ve been without properly functioning heating for nearly two months in the coldest part of the year. I’ve had to spend lots of time chasing the property manager and waiting around for workmen who show up late or not at all. My advice to anyone thinking of renting through this agent is to do a very thorough check of the property yourself (including testing heating and hot water systems and inspecting the boiler) before agreeing a let.

The worst customer service I've ever encountered, Summertown Agents are rude, unhelpful, disrespectful, don't care about their tenants or thier tenant rights and seemed completely uninterested in addressing our concerns about the property or about the landlord disinterest in the issues that we have brought up to them. Property is overpriced for what you are given, their concept of this is mid boggaling and they do not know that the law for rentals have changed, and that tenants have way more rights than the landlords, they will never ever on their tenants side in any issues or complains. Extremely unprofessional, gave inaccurate information about the property, and showed a lack of urgency in finding a solution to problems or concern. Lack of information given to them as proof, lack of understanding of the rules and regulations that have changed not only in England but the UK as a whole. They push of your concerns, never wanting to find a solution, very bad management. SF failed to complete the inventory before the tenancy commenced. Having rented properties both nationally and internationally for years, I can confidently say that this is by far the worst property management company I have encountered, and are utterly incompetent at their job. will be applying for regulatory bodies to put official complaints for their licences

Scottfraser organised both selling our property and buying our new house. The service was excellent; we were kept up to date throughout. In addition any questions we had were answered promptly. All the staff we came across were charming. Overall they offered a professional and calm approach to what can be a stressful experience.

I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Caia Pereira during the purchase of my first flat and I was truly impressed by her professionalism. She went above and beyond in every aspect of her role, consistently addressing all my queries with effective solutions. Her contribution was essential in speeding up the process. Scott Fraser are without a doubt the worst estate agents I have ever used. They have refused to let me leave a contract I have given repeated notice for (been around 9 months since the first notice given). If you are a renter, i'd strongly recommend looking for a different property to rent than rent a property with Scott Fraser - a property is not worth the hassle if it is being handled by their renting department. There are plenty of other Estate agents in my area which I have been very happy using instead.

Do not join a joint tenancy agreement with them.

Scott Fraser states they will deal with an unsecured front door within 24 hours. FIVE DAYS later and my daughter is still living in an unsecured flat. Scott fraser consistently break their own contractual obligations and treat tenants with contempt for their health or safety
