Great service

Great service, even during the busy xmas period.
Ordered trainers from Scorpion (who were the cheapest stockist I could find). Despatched the following day and arrived the day after.
Faultless service from start to finish.

Rubbish delivery

When delivered, the boots were put over the gate while it was pouring rain so the package and box were absolutely soaked through. The boots got wet but we checked them over and they seem fine. These were a Christmas present.

I wouldn’t shop with Scorpion Shoes again because of their choice of courier.

I was asked for a review of my experience and I provided one. I didn’t get in touch because it was only the box that was damaged, the shoes seem fine.

On the topic of courier, while it is correct that once it is in the courier’s hands there is little the retailer can do, this is irrelevant to me. My money is sitting in the retailer’s bank account, not Royal Mail’s. Rather than shift responsibility to me to attempt to change the way Royal Mail work, Scorpion Shoes could seek out a more reliable courier.

We’re very sorry to hear about how the parcel was handled on delivery. Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched, we have no control over how Royal Mail operates in individual delivery areas, including where parcels are left by the driver.

That said, we do take customer satisfaction seriously. We offer free returns and are always happy to assist if there is an issue with an order. We have not received any email or contact from you requesting a solution, and we would have gladly helped had we been given the opportunity.

Your feedback appears to relate more to the delivery experience rather than the product or our service, and we would encourage you to raise this directly with Royal Mail so they can address the handling of deliveries in your area.

My New Rock…

Since I was youth I didn’t wear New Rock Boots. Middle age crisis makes my decision to buy another pair of that. It was fast, uncomplicated service. Boots are amazing quality
