I was going to save this review for another week but as the email has requested it, I’ll post it now.

The photos arrived and are good quality. The photography is lovely and the frames are good quality. The delivery was dispatched quickly too. I’m really happy with the products however..

Unfortunately, one of the glass panels smashed during the delivery. I could feel it smashed, opened it carefully and the whole pane was shattered.

I’ve sent 3 emails now, one to the info address and 2 to sales, with photos and a video attached of the damaged piece. I’ve sent my mobile number and they’ve got my email but I’ve had no response.

I’d really appreciate a response and a new A3 glass sheet sent to me. Alternatively, I’m happy to return the damaged one for full replacement. The glass sheet is easiest to send really, but maybe slightly risky via Royal Mail.

We had a bit of a hiccup getting the print delivered but contacted scoellphotography and they were so quick to get things resolved, which is a credit to their customer service. The print arrived and I'm delighted with it and will definitely going back online to purchase another one

Picture quality poor- paper was creased and mobile number and email does not exist when I tried to contact for a refund.
I don’t discovered I could get a picture that my dad took printed on the High Street for £3.50. So that’s 15 quid cheaper and it looks fantastic no response either to Facebook Mesenger so I’m guessing this is possibly a scam.

Really happy with my photo print, great reminder of a fab holiday.

I originally wrote a 1 star review as my picture hadn’t arrived after nearly 3 weeks and I’d heard nothing. However Seb has been in touch and apologised profusely and given a partial refund so I feel that review was unwarranted and I look forward to receiving the picture.

The quality of the photo is excellent, and it came in good time and condition. A beautiful composition.

Great picture and it was delivered very efficiently

The original picture was nice but didn’t have the colour or definition that the picture on the website had; the landscape is pretty much all black against the sky whereas the one online had greens of the grass & much more detail. It’s still a nice composition but not as I expected.
Upon seeing my review the company promptly contacted me to offer a free replacement picture with the colour & definition I wanted. This was received really quickly and is absolutely beautiful, I cannot fault the service I received or the commitment to provide beautiful art. I will definitely be purchasing from Sebastien Coell again.

Great service and communication from Sebastian. The three A4 photos I ordered of the Welsh mountains/countryside are absolutley beautiful.
There was a small issue with the delivery of the order but it was rectified quickly and generously by Sebastian. My hallway looks proper posh!

Excellent service and communication from start to finish of order.
The picture i ordered was of start point lighthouse Devon which has a big meaning to our families as we have been holidaying in near by Kingsbridge for many years, and walked from beesands to start point a number of times, also got the top of lighthouse. Lovely picture and frame. Would definitely recommend.
