Extremely poor product quality and unprofessional customer service – T-shirt bought at a concert in Royal Arena
I bought a T-shirt for 300 DKK at a concert in Royal Arena, and the quality turned out to be far below what you would reasonably expect for that price. The T-shirt already had a hole when I received it, and after just one gentle wash, I discovered that it now had five holes. In my experience, this is an unacceptable level of quality for such an expensive item.
When I contacted the company handling the merchandise, I was met with a dismissive and unprofessional tone. I also experienced being given misleading information about my consumer rights, and they repeatedly tried to make me cover return shipping for a defective product. This should never happen when you’re simply making a legitimate complaint.
The communication throughout the process felt unserious and unhelpful, and it required far too many emails before a solution was provided. I eventually received a partial refund, but only after an unnecessarily difficult and unpleasant exchange.
Overall, a very disappointing experience — both in terms of the product quality and the way my complaint was handled.
