Increíble el servicio de garantía, en Colombia así se pague el valor real de los artículos las tiendas no dan garantía, pero me comunique directamente con la marca y me solucionaron de inmediato, estoy sorprendido, gracias.

I borrowed one of the SCIcon bike bags from a friend and it was badly damaged during its time in the airport. Customer services sent me the replacement parts (rubber disc wheel protector and latch for carry handle) free of charge and I’m now in a position to get the bag fixed before it’s goes back to my friend

I would like to give a detailed feedback to this company!

Unfortunately my brand new bike bag 3.0 aerofomfort. Has come apart in seams in two separate places. I’ve had this bag on two trips only and fly priority with fragile stickers. This is not a handling problem. I flagged this with scicon that this is a manufacture weakness and that they need to refund me for the damage. The refund they suggested would barely have covered one stitch. They even had the audacity to say that it was airport handling issue. It’s a bag meant to go on airplanes. It should be sturdy enough. Also the fact that seams and thread has come out in two places is a clear indicator that they have not locked in the threads well enough. I’m appalled by the customer service here. I will not ever recommend this product again. The quality has gone downhill. It’s a shame.

J'ai passé commande de deux paires de deux lunettes Scicon Aérostorm dont une offerte. Au bout d'une semaine pas de colis en vu. Donc contact avec reponse une paire pas en stock, en attente se reaprovisonnement. (15j). Proposition d'un bon de 20 euros utilisé dans une deuxième commande. Et un remboursement de la première livraison non effectuée à ce jour. Donc recontacte pour ce remboursement mais aussi les deux factures que je n'ai ni sur le site, ni eu dans le colis. Donc mon scicon care ne marchera pas.

Airport baggage handlers broke one of the wheels of my aerocomfort bike bag. My di2 had also gone into crash mode so clearly the bag had been thrown around but was well protected by the bag. I contacted Scicon and they kindly offered to send me a replacement wheel free of charge. It arrived within a couple of days. It's so rare these days to receive such great customer service. Bravo!

Ho avuto un problema con gli occhiali da ciclismo Aeroshade World Champion: dovevo applicare l’inserto ottico ma il pezzo centrale non si staccava in alcun modo. Mi sono recato presso la sede a Mussolente, dove sono stato accolto con cortesia e professionalità. Il mio problema è stato prontamente risolto e mi è stato fornito gratuitamente un nasello di ricambio, poiché quello degli occhiali era risultato essere difettoso.

I love the aero scope sunglasses and took them on a cycling trip around the Pyrenees. They got accidentally broken so I contacted Scicon. They were very responsive and professional in helping me out. Excellent customer service!

I purchased one of Scicon's bike bags. After 7 trips it developed 2 split seams, a strap came off, and a hole. I spoke to customer service, I was 2 months past the 26 month warranty. They only offered me a patch. No help with the repair. I posted a one star review on their site. They took it down. Multiple times. I am very disappointed with the bag's durability and the customer service. They market the bag as the best on the market. They should stand behind it.

I GRUMBLED a bit about this website in particular the Scicon sports Australia site,as communication was not great.However Mikey from Scicon sports usa was a great help.It took 6-7 weeks until the product arrived.You need to be persistent keep hounding.

La valutazione del danno ad una valigia trattata male in aeroporto è stata veloce, precisa ed efficace nei confronti della compagnia aerea. Tanto di cappello:

Ho acquistato una seconda borsa da bici presso Scicon e devo dire che l’esperienza è stata estremamente positiva sotto ogni punto di vista. La qualità costruttiva è eccellente: materiali robusti, finiture curate nei dettagli e un design studiato appositamente per garantire la massima protezione durante il trasporto.

Una delle cose che ho apprezzato di più è la praticità d’uso. Spazi ben organizzati per contenere la bici in modo sicuro senza dover smontare completamente ogni componente. Ottima anche la maneggevolezza: ruote scorrevoli e impugnature ergonomiche rendono gli spostamenti molto agevoli, anche in aeroporto.

Dal punto di vista della protezione, nulla da eccepire. La bici è arrivata a destinazione perfettamente intatta, senza il minimo danno. Si nota chiaramente che il prodotto è stato progettato da chi conosce le esigenze reali dei ciclisti, anche quelli più esigenti.

In sintesi, consiglio vivamente la borsa da bici Scicon a chi cerca affidabilità, qualità e funzionalità. Un investimento che vale sicuramente la pena se viaggiate spesso con la vostra bici.

I had an amazing experience with Scicon Sports.

My Scicon Aerocomfort was damaged after a flight and not able to be fixed. I bought a new one, but I had a new flight just a few days after, and was worried I could not receive it in time. I called them and told them my situation, and they sent it right away, and just 3 days after, I received my new Scicon Aerocomfort 3.0 Road.
They even helped me with my case with the airline. Their response has been very fast, and they have been really helpful all the way through.

I would also like to point out, that my previous suitcase was totally damaged, but there was not a single scratch on the bike - not even bended hoods on the handlebar. So there’s no doubt, that their suitcase provide optimal protection of the bike. All in all I’ve only had good experiences with Scicon Sports and can only recommend them for anyone looking for a suitcase for their bike!

I’ve owned a Scicon Aero bike bag for some time now and couldn’t be happier with it. It’s well-designed, durable, and has made traveling with my bike so much easier. Recently, however, one of the frame screws came loose and was unfortunately lost.

I reached out to Scicon’s customer service team to ask if it was possible to buy a replacement. To my surprise, they didn’t just offer to sell me the part—they sent me the necessary spares completely free of charge.

It’s rare these days to experience such genuinely helpful and generous customer service. Scicon didn’t just meet expectations, they exceeded them. I’m even more loyal to the brand now and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to any cyclist.

Bonjour, je m’appelle Amaury et je fais du short track. J’ai comme lunette les aéro Shade kunken qui son super pour la ventilation et même en général elle son au top. Au niveau de leur service après vente il n’y a rien à dire, j’avais cassé ma branche et ils m’en ont envoyé une très rapidement. Je recommande à 100% cette marque fiable et superbe qui m’accompagne à chacune de mes compétitions.
