The customer service advisor was unhelpful and rude and I'm now left with almost £100 worth of boxes fit for the bin as they have offered a 20% refund which is a laughable solution. Definitely won't be ordering again

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received.
I paid for 400 envelopes but only received half. The staff were unwilling or too lazy to properly check the images I provided as proof, and the issue has still not been resolved.
As a regular customer who has spent £300–£500 each month, I expected much better treatment. Due to this unacceptable experience, I have now chosen to take my business elsewhere.
Very poor customer service.

Quality is low
I chose to order from this company after seeing their reviews .. but since my experience is a bit different I thought I'd share.
The quality is very poor on the mailer boxes I ordered. I am setting up a small business and needed a reliable source and consistently good quality. Shame it won't be this company.
Also upon counting I got the wrong numbers (less items) which will probably make my return a bit more complicated.

Small issue - super efficiently resolved
Not used this company before, I semi-nervously placed an order.
It was swiftly dispatched and received in two parts - smaller items parcel in the morning, and the large bubble wrap by the end of the day.
There was a small item missing, but it was super quickly resolved and delivered couple of days later.

Great quality
I bought a roll of bubbly wrap and I'm very happy with the quality. I haven't got deep into the roll, but I have no reason to believe the quality will change.

Unsatisfactory delivery
Product OK but delivery not so good. Notified of delivery time but not until late on the morning of delivery. By this time I was on my way to another appointment and I replied as soon as I received the notification asking that it be rescheduled. This was ignored and I returned to find the item dumped on my doorstep,

Highly recommend this company
After being ripped off on ebay 4 times by different sellers short by up to 35 metres on some of the 100m rolls of bubblewrap I tried this company and am so so pleased I did. The bubble wrap is good quality and full rolls too. The brown parcel boxes are perfect and prices are great. Delivery was no problems and not a long wait. So happy to find a good supplier. Would highly recommend 👌
