Took my son here for football it was great! Anthony was helpful and very friendly I will definitely be coming back here again.

Thanks to Mahmoud and his team. From the moment I walked in, everyone greeted me warmly. Mahmoud's leadership and the team's dedication to helping customers were outstanding. They were always smiling and eager to assist. Despite being busy, they remained professional and efficient, adding to the positive experience, thanks to Mahmoud and his amazing team!

Geoff, Mahmoud and the onsite team go above and beyond to make sure the facilities are ready and always give a friendly welcome to coaches and members.

Setup of the rooms is great, and Jeff is very helpful if there are any issues.
Communication with SchoolsPlus is not always as we would like. For example moving to a new booking system, wasn't communicated very well to us.

Geoffrey Morgan is an amazing person who is kind as he gives the best jokes to make people smile and laugh and he even gave us some lovely treats for Christmas. He is a person to talk to when you are sad and he is a good role model. He smiles every day with a positive attitude towards everyone.

Schools Plus have been very accommodating and made every effort to facilitate us as a church. They have shown good communication when there has been operational hiccups at times and always done their best to provide guidance and reassurance. The staff, namely Mahmoud and Geoff at Tudor Grange academy Solihull have been very conscientious and considerate in their dealings with us.

Geoff who is our main contact at Tudor Grange Academy, Solihull is super helpful. We have been worshipping in the sixth form building for nearly 3 years every Sunday. The hall is always ready for us. The team at school is great but our experience with the office has been a little more patchy.

I was at TGA Solihull today, and I must say, the team exceeded my expectations. Mahmoud, in particular, went above and beyond to assist me, and it was evident that all members of the team were committed to providing exceptional service. Their willingness to help and friendly demeanor made my experience truly enjoyable.

I make a visit to Balaam wood every Saturday when I drop my daughter off to dance, we are often greeted by matt who is very friendly and always on time opening the doors he makes an effort with every single parent/child who walks through the door he is an asset keep up the good work MATT

Susan and her team at Bourne Academy have always ever been so helpful since the administration moved to Schools Plus. She is always on hand to help with our football bookings, takes personal interest in the girls matches and how they do in the league. Always smiling and always happy to help. Even if she is not on duty, Susan has always helped us out for last minute pitch booking we needed. Thank you so much Susan, Alex, Charlie and Gary.

Great team who are friendly and professional and will do everything to ensure you have everything you need for any event you're running. They are efficient and extremely quick at replying to request.

I have nothing but praise for School plus. The team are always very helpful, nothing is ever too much and the facility has been very conducive for us. Well organised and very responsive team too. We have been in our current facility with school plus for almost a year now. I will like to specially thank Anthony and the team who are always on hand to support if you need. Thanks for all you do. I would highly recommend School plus!

Would love to award 5 stars but can't down to their admin and payments terms being constantly amended and changed mid booking

However the service received from their site manager Mark W @ HAKA, where we have just completed our 2nd season of bookings, has been impeccable. Mark is an incredible representative for their business and has look after us incredibly well now for 2 years.

Mark would get 10 stars if that was an option.

Looking forward to (hopefully) seeing Mark again next season.
