Fast efficient delivery and quality perfumes

I don’t usually write reviews, but I honestly feel like I need to after this experience.

I ordered fragrances from both Perfumology and Sentimental, and neither of them were good. Perfumology was by far the worst — the smells were really off and honestly unpleasant, nothing like what I expected at all. Sentimental was slightly better in comparison, but still not good and nowhere close to the original fragrances they claim to represent.

I ordered Jean Paul Gaultier Le Male, YSL Myself, and Louis Vuitton Imagination, and all of them fell short. None of them smell like the real versions. The Jean Paul Gaultier one especially was really bad for me — I wouldn’t wear it at all. The others were a bit less intense but still disappointing and not accurate.

The biggest issue is how weak they are. The scent fades so fast, it doesn’t even last 2 hours. After a short time, I literally have to put my nose right up to my skin just to smell anything, which is really not what you expect when buying fragrances.

Overall, both experiences were disappointing, just in different ways. Sentimental is slightly better than Perfumology, but still not something I would recommend.

The quality is pathetic. Does not last at all, max around 2 hours.

The fragrances do not smell close to the original. You rather save up and buy the original or try the perfume gallery. They are more expensive but it is worth it.

They hesitant to give refunds for their rubbish perfumes.

I wont be surprised if most reviews on the website are bots.

Scentimental SA is customer-oriented, from when you place your order to the prompt delivery of your parcel. They are always there to answer any and every query along the way. I will always choose them.

Love every scent I have ordered and I keep coming back and referring my friends to Scentimental. Service is 10/10. I also love the fact that the packaging has changed and now the name doesn’t fade away because of the perfume. Lovely work guys 🙏🏽🔥

I have been purchasing "inspired by" fragrances for many years. Scentimental SA is the first fragrance brand that I have found to have the fragrances almost EXACTLY the same as the original. I love Scentimental SA. They are affordable and always have amazing deals and sales. I will never buy an original again.

I have made use of Sentimental numerous times over the last year, their products are amazing. I recently had a problem and only part of my order was shipped. The helpful staff sorted out the problem and 24 hours later I received the balance, this is even more impressive taking I live in a small town in the middle of nowhere.

Oh Scentimental my dear... You only give out the best ordered 3 Perfumes and they all smell divine, i dont even know which one i should put on first.

For me the fact that I could email individual people with queries before I bought was an absolute plus. The whole team was so helpful and the customer service was excellent. My perfumes took only a few days to arrive and I love them. I ordered 3 different fragrances and received a 15ml perfume of my choice as a gift with my first order. This one happens to be the best one - Inspired by Frederic Malle, Portrait of a Lady - and is the longest lasting. I am going to actually order it. All around fabulous experience!

The service is nice. The lady Emily was very patient with me and assured me when I had a challenge with my order and when I finally recieved it, I was very happy and impressed by the perfumes. Their scents are amazing, not too heavy or strong. Not to mention the longevity. Just fa fa then you smell so lovely all day long.

Their customer service is top tier, as soon as you order, they send you an email informing you that your order is being prepared, when it is booked for shipping, when it is shipped and when it is out for delivery, they let you know . Their consistent communication puts your mind at ease . The order was delivered within 3 days , that is unheard of . Their perfumes are to die for, they smell so good and the bottles are of premium quality

The perfumes replicate the originals with high accuracy. You enjoy the same vibe without the high cost.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the fragrance I received from you.

Unfortunately, the product does not perform as expected at all. Upon application, the scent fades almost immediately and has virtually no longevity. Even shortly after spraying, the fragrance becomes undetectable, which is very frustrating given the expectations set at the time of purchase.

I was specifically advised that this fragrance was the same as, or equivalent to, the product I previously purchased from SA Fragrance Delivery. Based on my experience, this is simply not the case. The scent profile is noticeably different, and it does not share the same notes or character as Issey Miyake, which was the primary reason for my order.

As a returning customer familiar with how this fragrance should smell and perform, I am confident that this product does not match what was described or what I have used before.

I would appreciate a prompt response to explain this discrepancy and to advise how this issue can be resolved.

Received the perfume as a birthday Gift. It's literally the same as the original scent. I'll probably be getting more.
