Their product selection and prices are amazing, we all know that. I just found out their customer service is equally amazing. My package got lost in the mail and they issued a resend as soon as the alloted time expired for the original package. They stayed in constant communication throughout the ordeal and never gave me any trouble at all. I will remain a loyal customer.

Loved the ability to buy a group of samples and when one sample arrived damaged, customer support was quick to send another one once I showed proof of the damage. Very happy and would use again to try new colognes!

I love the scents my husband and I get from scent box. Even when I had an issue with my delivery they worked with me to resolve it with no issues.

They mistakenly sent me the wrong sample and immediately upon notification sent out the correct one.

EDIT: They let me return the perfume without issue. However, I had to cover the return shipping.

Beware: In my first order from ScentDecant I received a leaking and dubious-looking bottle of Replica: "By The Fireplace" perfume. But the perfume in the bottle smelled nothing like Fireplace. Both my wife and I could confirm this, and she's ordered the same scent for years.

I won't speculate how culpable Scent Decant may have been, but I most certainly received a defective or possibly fraudulent product.

This was a rough experience, but since I could return it without too much hassle I adjusted my review from 1 star to 3 stars for their honesty. I will not, however, try purchasing from them again.

These guys are awesome, had some shipping issues they took care of free of charge. Will definitely be using again. Good way to make sure you like the fragrance before investing in it. First day wearing new Tom Ford and I absolutely love it.

I have placed three different orders with scentdecant.com and I never had an issue. The credit card was bill correctly. All the bottles were filled to the top. The Cologne was always shipped to the right address. I have always just used regular shipping so I can't speak about the express shipping. I highly recommend ScentDecant!

My name is Eduardo Perez. I Placed an order on January 10, 2025. Notified Scent Decant within five (5) minutes of an error and used their website to contact them. My card was billed immediately. After several hours with no response, they wrote saying they could not edit the name of the sample because the order had processed. After further back and forth they offered to cancel the order. I asked them to cancel. They wrote back saying the order could not be canceled. Why did they offer in the first place? I have placed multiple orders with them and I feel nothing was done to correct the problem or assist in any manner. Extremely poor customer service towards a repeat customer. There is no telephone contact number to speak with a real person. I will never place another order with Scent Decant.

I placed an order on 12/18 and paid for express shipping - order confirmation stated delivery was expected to arrive 12/23-12/24. The UPS label was created on 12/19 at 10:10am, and there's been no progress since. I emailed on 12/21 to ask for a status update, at which time they told me they probably didn't have what I ordered in stock and didn’t know when it would be back in stock and ready to ship. I asked for a refund of the shipping cost, which they did issue on 12/26. On 1/5, when it still hadn’t shipped, I emailed to cancel the order altogether. On 1/8 they said they couldn’t cancel because the order was already shipped. I pointed out that it was not shipped & UPS tracking proves that the package still hasn’t been turned over to them. They replied on 1/10 “Our warehouse team states the parcel has been handed over to the courier.  When they scan it the tracking information below will update”. Tracking info is unchanged. I’ll never do business with these people again.
