Don't buy if in the UK
Very similar to alot of the other reviews. At checkout It was not very clear about the £60 fee from UPS for VAT. If this amount was clear I would have bought from a UK based retailer instead. I'd suggest avoiding this website if buying from the UK.

J'ai commandé une paire de chaussures directement sur leur site, le délai de livraison été correct pour l'EU.
J'ai retourné l'article car ce n'était pas ma bonne pointure mais UPS à perdu mon colis. Heureusement le service client est impeccable et réactif.
J'ai été remboursé de ma paire et je retiens une bonne expérience commerciale avec eux. Je recommande ce site

Great experience
There was an item that's currently very difficult to find in the United States, So difficult I couldn't find anyone here selling it. I looked around and not only found it at Scandinavia outdoors, but found it at a good price even though it had to come to the US. Plus it came much quicker than expected as well.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the import charges were an unpleasant surprise. However, during checkout we do inform all non-EU customers — including those in Switzerland — that local VAT, duties, and handling fees may be charged by the courier upon delivery or pickup.
These fees are set and collected by local authorities, not by us, and unfortunately we have no control over their amount. If anything remains unclear, our customer service is happy to assist.

Galères UPS, mais client ravi !
J’ai commandé un oreiller de voyage Cabeau TNE S3 Black sur Scandinavian Outdoor, un produit import US quasiment introuvable en Europe. Ici, il s’agit bien de l’original, de très bonne qualité, et à un prix tout à fait correct. Franchement, c’est magnifique de trouver ce produit chez eux !
La livraison a été compliquée à cause d’UPS : mauvais point relais indiqué, casier automatique qui refuse le numéro de référence, aucune communication de code de retrait… J’ai même dû appeler UPS pour retrouver le colis, qui avait finalement atterri dans un tout autre point de retrait.
Pendant ce temps, le SAV du site a été irréprochable :
- réponses rapides et personnalisées par un humain !
- ton très sympathique,
- prise de contact avec UPS pour enquêter
- suivi sérieux de la situation jusqu’à la réception
Au final, j’ai bien reçu mon colis, l’oreiller est en parfait état et prêt pour mon vol de 11h vers la Colombie 🛩️
Je mets donc 5 étoiles sans hésiter :
- produit original et de qualité,
- boutique européenne rare à proposer cet article,
- service client super pro et humain, même quand le transporteur fait n’importe quoi.
Je recommanderai chez eux sans problème !
