I will say I had an issue and Sophie had to deal with a very unhappy client.
She remained professional throughout and at times I did not which I have apologised for!
My complaint did take a while to resolve and has now been fully resolved.
And I’m back to being a happy client after being left very disappointed from being a client since 2022.

Good service although the delivery…
Good service although the delivery times are almost always wrong and late. They do respond quickly to repairs and it’s always easy to contact customer service. Some products are hugely overpriced though

Great company always helpful great communication and we have a TV of Hiya and my son who is 4 broke it by accident and next few days a new one was delivered this was 6 months ago never had an issue they are always happy to help
