Great presentation on preparing for the college application journey!

Hello College was very helpful throughout my daughter’s college application process. We highly recommend Mr. Raymond Gonzales as a counselor, Mr. Max Freeman as an essay coach, and Kelly Shultz for financial guidance. They were knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely committed to supporting students throughout the process. We truly appreciate their support and would recommend Hello College to other families navigating college admissions.

Raymond has helped me a lot throughout the college process, and even after starting college, he has continued to be a strong source of support and guidance for me with internships and future opportunities.

4.5 years ago my son started his college application process late and I needed help navigating through all the ins and outs. I’m happy to share that he was awarded a 4year full ride scholarship and just graduating on May 14th 2026 with a BS in Civil Engineering! We’re all so proud of him!

My family and I began working with HelloCollege in high school, leading up to my graduation in 2021. We really didn't know what to expect from college applications and admissions at that point, and the team at HelloCollege made it incredibly straightforward. They provided resources and guidance to narrow down a major and career path, helped compile a list of universities to tour and eventually apply to, and provided resources to help me write my admission essays and applications. All of their staff were extremely helpful, competent, and professional, and thanks to their help I graduated with my BSN from Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN in 2025! I'm incredibly grateful for all of their work in aiding me to get into such an amazing university!

My daughter used HelloCollege for her college planning and application process and we were very happy. It was great having someone else pushing her to get essays done and making her keep to her timelines. They helped her reword the extracurriculars in a way that fully explained the impact within the small character limit. They also provide a nice tool to use to keep track of all the important things about different colleges you visit or are considering to help narrow down based on different criteria that may be important to you.

We used HelloCollege for both our kids with fantastic experiences. Counselors were knowledgeable about colleges and the entire application process. It’s overwhelming, particularly applying to highly selective schools, so having experienced help navigating eased the stress for both us and our kids.

Our daughter got into her dream school (film school at USC!) and I’m convinced that the great team at HelloCollege played an important role in guiding her through the process to help her make that dream into a reality.

When my son first started the college application process, we focused heavily on admissions statistics and application mechanics. What surprised me most was how much the right counselor relationship truly mattered.

My son is creative, thoughtful, and independent-minded. A traditional one-size-fits-all advising approach would never have worked for him. Some students may need pressure and rigid structure, but my son needed someone who could build trust, challenge him thoughtfully, and help him recognize his own potential without making the process feel overwhelming.

We were fortunate to have Raymond Gonzales from HelloCollege as his counselor. Raymond took the time to understand not only my son’s academic profile, but also his personality, motivations, strengths, and even the emotional challenges he carried throughout high school. He knew when to push, when to encourage, and when to simply listen.

In the end, my son was admitted to a school that honestly exceeded our expectations. But what I value most is that he arrived there as himself rather than a manufactured applicant. I’m deeply grateful for the personalized guidance, expertise, and genuine care we received from Raymond and the entire HelloCollege team.

Working with HelloCollege was really helpful during my college search process. As a student, I felt like I had a lot more guidance and support than I would have on my own. The SAT prep was especially helpful, and I was given a lot of useful resources and advice throughout the process. Everyone was very supportive, patient, and easy to communicate with. They helped make the college application process feel much less stressful and more manageable. I always felt comfortable asking questions and appreciated how personalized the support was. I had a great experience and would recommend HelloCollege to other students.

I cannot praise Hello College enough- from the first moment they were helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Everyone we have dealt with there has been top-notch, but I must give a special shout-out to counselor Don. This is the person you want to guide your child through college applications. We will be using Hello College again for our younger child.

Both my college advisor, Miracle Husband, and my essay coach, Adam Salazar, were absolutely incredible! They made the entire application process so streamlined and easy, and they were always more than happy to help with any questions or extra things, like scholarships. They both went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed, and I am so grateful for my experience with them! (They also helped me get into my dream school!)

I had a great experience with Hello College and specifically my counselor Mrs. Brooke and essay coach Willow! Willow was integral in helping me tackle my essays for all 17 schools I applied to before my senior year which made me feel extremely prepared. Additionally she helped me become a better writer in the process which I will forever be grateful for.

Everyone was so helpful and encouraging! I received a lot of guidance that helped me navigate the college application journey!

My counselor Raymond was always very helpful and proactive with tons of good information to help me out whatever issues i was running into.

Leslie is an awesome counselor and so was my essay coach Stewart. I would recommend both if you need the extra support.

Hello College saved my sanity. I am a single mom with two teens, working anywhere from 1–3 jobs at any given time. Freshman year was a battle just trying to convince my daughter to sign up for a club. On a fluke, I answered an email about a “college list” (I had zero idea what that even was), and Hello College was there to rescue me.

Raymond was truly the highlight of Taylor’s high school experience — and honestly, mine too. Not only did Tay end up creating and starting her very own club at LT, she overachieved in so many areas. Raymond even found free Harvard summer classes that Tay could take for credit. He helped set her up for success with college while taking so much pressure off me.

There was never overwhelm with essays because she was paired with a dedicated essay tutor who kept her on schedule and accountable every step of the way. Sue Nelson also walked me through the FAFSA and CSS applications MULTIPLE times, answering every question with incredible patience and kindness.

My son was much slower to think about the future, let alone prepare for college. Hello College met with me personally, and together we developed a less traditional path that has been exactly what Ryan needed. He has built a wonderful relationship with Ian, their executive functioning and tech guru, learning study hacks, organizational tools, and systems that truly work for him. His counselor, Don, has such a calm, steady approach that immediately relaxes Ryan while still getting him excited about his future.

My experience with Hello College has absolutely been worth every penny.

HelloCollege was a core guide throughout my college admissions journey. As someone who wasn’t carried by the best SAT score, they showed me that the college process is really about the individual and the story only you can tell. They guided me through every step of the process and helped me present myself authentically, which ultimately led to my acceptance into Cornell University. Special thanks to Sam Hobson, who helped me endeavor into myself and discover what sparked my heart, and then taught me how to show that passion to others. I could not recommend HelloCollege enough. It truly is a lifesaver when it comes to college admissions.
