I do not like that I have to pay before I have a chance to review what I am paying for! Much prefer the experience I get using Vistaprint but they do not do 5 folded leaflets.

I have used Saxoprint for 6 print jobs & had been really happy.
My last job was a repeat using same artwork. The colour was terrible & looked completely different from the previous job.
I sent an email to complain & was offered a discount. I sent hard copies to the head office but still was not offered a reprint.
I find this unacceptable & would not treat my customers this way.

Never had a job I have had to question - EVER, in over 3 years of using SaxoPrint!

I accidentally added my order twice and it seems less than easy to remove items from my basket.

We have been using Saxoprint for many years now. They are, quite simply, the best.
Very low cost, lightning turnaround, superb customer service. Brilliant. Wouldn't use anyone else.

Después de realizar un pedido, nos han tenido 3 semanas enviándonos mails para aclarar una "incorrección" en el archivo y no han sabido hacerlo. Somos una empresa que lleva más de 20 años trabajando en este sector y sabemos que el archivo era correcto y que sus explicaciones no se correspondian con el problema que ellos decían. Finalmente, ellos mismos nos han propuesto anular el pedido y así lo hemos hecho. Ahora el problema es recuperar el dinero. Te exigen rellenar un formulario online, cosa que hemos hecho hace muchos días, pero siguen enviando mails diciendo que tenemos que rellenarlo. Nos tememos que habrá que denunciar judicialmente si queremos recuperar el dinero.

Casi cada día envío archivos a diferentes sevies para imprimir..
Imprimo el mismo formato 3 veces en esta imprenta. Dentro de 2 semanas no pueden imprimir los archivos que envié ... Envié en todos los archivos que es possible.. Y no escriben el motivo para rechazar estos archivos. No se puede contactar por teléfono o con el servicio de ayuda ...

Saxoprint are unable to print reply-paid envelopes using the standard artwork supplied by the Royal Mail because it does not suit their system, and they are unable or unwilling to adapt the artwork themselves.

It is too soon to ask me if I am satisfied, before I have received my order. Anyway from past experience with Saxoprint, the quality is good 70% of the time and not good (wrong colours, too dark or too light, blurred) 30% of the time

I am very disappointed in Saxoprint. I have been using this printing company for over 3 years. I have rated this company highly, see my previous reviews. Then rated mediocre. Today it saddens me I will have to rate them 1 star as I simply cannot trust a company that uses an appalling courier company like DHL. I feel the print quality from Saxoprint is really good quality but their choice of express courier is dragging this company down. Sadly I will have to request a refund.

UPDATE: Sadly nothing got sorted, no apology. I have since moved my contract to a different printing company. Been using them for 6 months and there is nothing to complain about.

I have used Saxoprint for several years and the service and quality is excellent value for money. I would also highly recommend the company to others.

I am surprised by the amount of bad reviews on Trustpilot. I have used for several years and had no issues. They cannot be touched on price, and as long as your artwork is good, then you will get a good product. I use Corel Draw X8 for my artwork. I'm no expert, but I have had excellent results with them.

Wow - what an awful experience.

First of all, my artwork was not to their exact size specifications, so rather than shrink it slightly they ask for another copy. Fine, redesigned it and sent it in. At least they check the artwork before they print it... or so I thought,

The second copy that I sent was apparently okay for printing, however when I received my order they had managed to cut off content on all sides, as well as some of the leaflets being curled up or creased due to the apparently- 130gsm paper being of absolutely awful quality.

Clearly there is no quality control process in place - how they thought it was acceptable to send out is beyond me.

I phoned customer service, to be told that I must email the complaints department in Germany who don't deal with people over the phone (apparently neither did the surly bloke I spoke to either).

They email back to offer a free reprint as it's my first order. No thanks, not after this experience I'll just have my money back, chuck the leaflets in the bin and call it a day.

They even have the audacity to say my artwork wasn't within their guidelines, with a 3mm bleed - they can't even be consistent in their advice to a decent print....

No such luck! They don't want to refund me. Luckily I paid via PayPal so I will go down this route to get my money back. But seriously, awful company -- wish I saw these revews before I ordered!

I'm sure that in a few days time there will be a response from the company below the review explaining that this is all my fault and their artwork guidelines are clear etc etc.... yet I've never had these issues with any UK based printing company. Normally I associate German companies with quality and efficency... but Saxoprint offer neither.

EDIT: As predicted, Saxoprint have replied below saying how this is my fault for not ordering their 'advanced artwork check'... i.e the service that every other printer offers for free, that they charge £14 for, and arguably forms an essential part of any printing service. Their "customer service" and "complaints" department (yes, they have a dedicated department to mishandling customer complaints) continue to be an absolute brick wall. I just asked for a simple refund as clearly they have no interest in doing things right so why would I trust them again?

No template for the sign I wanted. Eventually got them to agree to print it, and then it arrived the wrong size (their fault not mine)

Their customer service is non existent. After failing to supply correct artwork (they wouldn't help at all with advice) I cancelled my order only to find that cancellation fee was a third of what I originally paid for the order. Apparently this is the cost of artwork checking. They say artwork is wrong but never help you with advice to get it right. No wonder they have so many bad reviews. I wish I red these reviews before I placed an order.

Excellent – no reservations, I would recommend this company to anyone.

Always helpful and top line service. Together with competative pricing makes dealing with Saxoprint a "no brainer!!"
