The frame on the picture came damaged. We have to get it reframed.

I am truly upset. I purchased this item quite some time ago, and I have not had any information on when it was going to be delivered. I reported it to my banker, stating that I believe that this is a maybe a fraud all that could’ve been avoided if I did not have such a long delay in waiting for this purchase, I still believe that I will not receive the painting that I ordered back in September and with that I have nothing else to say I possibly would have ordered something else and for a canvas are you painting it by hand or is it one of those paintings that you just compress?

It took several times of suggestions on my part on how to get the horse to look like the original. But, when I received the painting I was very pleased. The artist did a good job.
However, the artist should have caught all of these corrections themselves before they sent it for my review.

I Absolutely LOVE my painting! The artist did a great job! I was so worried it would get damaged during shipping but the way it was packaged it arrived in perfect condition! I unwrapped it and could still smell the fresh paint! Definitely ordering more!!! Thank you!

Unsere Anpassungswünsche wurden Schritt für Schritt ins Bild eingearbeitet. Am Schluss wurde uns ein schönes Bild geliefert. Es ist nahe an unserer idealen Vorstellung. Die Wirkung der Farben am Bildschirm und in der Realität ist und bleibt unterschiedlich. Für uns passt des Ergebnis jetzt tiptop.

Our customisation requests were incorporated into the image step by step. In the end, we were provided with a beautiful image. It is close to our ideal vision. The effect of the colours on the screen and in reality is and remains different. For us, the result is now perfect.

It’s mediocre. Definitely not worth 400 dollars. Should be half the cost. And then a surprise 22.06 to have it left from dhl. It’s just okay.

We ordered a custom framed oil painting of a deer, to hang over our fireplace. The artist was good about giving us feedback on progress and taking instructions on how to adjust the image to suit our preferences. The canvas is stretched and framed but the back of the painting is not covered, the back is open, and the wood is thin strips of pinewood so the overall quality of the framing is not what I would expect. Hence the 4 stars.

I found several different company names online that offered the same “original”painting we chose. that was my first indication that I was getting a copy of an original painting, but still a hand painted copy. Savycanvas.com had the best price, so I chose them. At first, I was a little concerned because I didn’t get a lot of communication, but then I got a text with a photo showing me the raw painted canvas, unmounted, and asking if I liked it or wanted any changes. I pulled up a picture of the one I’d seen online. There were a few areas I wanted darker and a few areas I wanted not so bright. I circled these on their photo. We went back-and-forth two times and they made all the adjustments I wanted. Then they sent me a photo of the mounted canvas and we loved it. Not much more than a week later, it arrived (from China!) in a very sturdy plywood crate. It was even easy to change the delivery date with DHL to suit our schedule. It’s exactly what we wanted for our newly remodeled bathroom. We don’t have it on the wall yet because we’re repainting that room next week, but it looks good just sitting in place waiting. I would definitely do this again, great service!

The customer service was great, they sent me photos of the artwork I ordered after it was finished to make sure I was happy with it before shipping. Also, it was well packaged when I received it, and the artwork was not damaged at all. I ordered a larger size, which was incredible. I recommend this company.
