Hi James,
We emailed to explain Royal Mail misplaced a batch of parcels and yours was in it. Obviously that was out of our control, but we offered a next-day replacement straight away. Sorry it wasn’t as expected — I’m happy to refund your postage for the delay.
Please email jordan@saviourtattoosupplies.co.uk with your order number to sort the refund.
Thank you.
Excellent Customer Service
My order was part of a lot that the Royal Mail misplaced, which means it came later than expected. But Saviour kept me in the loop about this and offered to supply replacements ASAP, which I really appreciated.

Hi mate, thanks so much for your support. Really appreciate it!
Bought the inumb tattoo cream
Bought the inumb tattoo cream, and had a huge snake wrapped round my leg. Bought 2 tubes and put one on in the morning, the other towards the end of the tattoo. It covered the whole top half of my leg - and I couldn’t feel a thing!

Hi Craig,
Thanks for your feedback — sorry to hear it didn’t work as expected. It’s a product we supply regularly to a lot of artists and clients, and most find it really effective. That said, everyone’s skin reacts differently, and we’re always happy to offer tips if you’d like to give it another go.
All the best,
Jordan
