Almost Everything Went Wrong - Customer Service
This was a 2 month ordeal so apologies in advance for the long read. I ordered 4 sweatshirts on 9/26 and received them on 11/27. They made it clear that it was a small business, and I like to support small businesses. However, in no way, shape, or form did they ever give me a heads up that processing/production, shipping, and delivery would take 2 months. I received no emails with any updates until my order shipped. I left a comment on one of their Instagram posts on 10/3 asking about my order and they DM'd me asking me to delete my comment and then asking what my order number is to give me an update. They told me the sweatshirts were in production - ok, no problem. Deleted my comment with no issue. I reached out to them through Instagram DM on 10/17 to ask if there were any updates and told them I had concerns about how I thought I may be getting scammed. They said the sweatshirts were still in production and their orders from August had just shipped and September orders were in production. I messaged them again on 11/8 asking if there was an update. They sent me a blanket DM and said that all October orders had shipped. I messaged back and said October shipped but what about September since I ordered in September. They told me that October is in production - contradicting, but alright. They told me on 11/10 that my order would arrive the following week although it didn't (arrived 11/27). I reached out on 11/16 telling them I haven't gotten any shipping updates (please keep in mind I hadn't gotten a single email update). They DM'd be back telling me to be patient and "messaging them everyday isn't changing the fact that the shipment was in transit lol". I wish I could post the pictures of the conversation to be honest. I messaged them 4 times over the course of 2 months - I personally wouldn't call that everyday, but maybe their definition is different. The sweatshirts also arrived with tape around them - that was it, which was super odd. I wish they would have put a fair warning on their website before buying that processing/production to delivery could take up to "x" amount of days-weeks. The lack of communication, professionalism, and updates were very unsettling. Sweatshirts are of great quality though - I'll give them that. Nice colors, great designs, thick material, awesome embroidery. It's really hard to find places that do embroidery of anime. Very affordable as well - I got the sweatshirts on a BOGO 50% and I believe the original price was cut in half too. Came out to $157. But, most likely will not buy from them again though based solely off my interactions with them.
