!!! Scam Site !!!

As others have said, what a shame we have to award one star. A zero or preferably a black star would have been more appropriate.
Paid for items. Received order confirmation. That's it. No reply to my numerous emails. I've now taken it up with my credit card company.
I should have looked at the reviews beforehand of course!! Avoid at all costs.

I would give them ZERO stars if this had been possible. Received an email informing me that the goods had been despatched, yet I am still waiting to receive them. Sent two emails enquiring about delivery... No RESPONSE. Tried phoning them, the number doesn't exist. Checked postcode DN35 0WS, somewhere in Cleethorpes, but no specific address. Apparently Save on Makeup doesn't exist. I shall be raising a dispute with my credit card company

I made the grave mistake of not reading the reviews before ordering from this scam company. I received a dispatch email on the 22nd of September and as of today I have still not recieved my order. I emailed them with my order number but recieved no reply, there is also no phone number on the website. A giant scam where they steal your money and you have no recourse. Please stay away from these thieves!!!

Ordered 2 lipsticks from them. Only one arrived with a note on the invoice stating the lipstick they could not supply had been refunded. As this did not occur, sent 3 emails to customer services. No response despite the website stating replies within 48 hours.
Telephone number on website returns "You have dialled the wrong number".
Basically they are uncontactable.
Tracked down a postal address that is a PO Box with an address on a residential estate.
My bank came to the rescue and refunded the amount and are pursuing the trader.
One star is not warranted - should be zero.

Ordered over a week ago now - no correspondence to say item dispatched. Emailed but no response. Wish I had read trust pilot reviews earlier. Avoid.

Used to be great but now, not so much! sell any old crap and don't respond to emails. AVOID!

was sceptical at first with the cheap prices, but after ordering it came quick and i got the products that i ordered. i will defiantly be ordering again.

Always used this site, never had a problem. Delivery has always arrived with the items I ordered

I placed an order on the 10th June, nothing received. Sent an email to check what was happening with my order on the 21st June. No answer. Sent another email yesterday, still no response. Over £35 down the drain, can't even get a refund if they don't respond!! I used to use this company regularly without any issues. Will not be ordering from there again.

Absolute rubbish, please please , save your money, shop elsewhere ! What a joke of a company, no reply to email, goods arrived , after 2 weeks , one lipstick & lip liner was supposedly free, some goods , no longer available. Apparently, they will refund me (nothing yet) 2 weeks ! So all I received is 1 lipstick & 1 joke size Armani lipstick ! AVOID ! AVOID

I have normally been pleased with saveonmakeup, however the recent order advertised a travel size of foundation but it was a tester that said was unsuitable for resale. This was on the back of the bottle and should have been mentioned in the description.

I didn't read the reviews on here until after I'd placed an order. I must admit I was worried, I needn't have been. Everything arrived well packaged. All the cosmetics are as they should be. Nothing was past it's shelf life. The only minor grumble was that the package took a few days longer to arrive than expected.

No able to contact them for a refund!!! Scammers!!!Be careful!

I purchased goods from this company a few year ago with no problem. However, following a recent purchase of a product I was struggling to find elsewhere I find their service and quality no longer the same. The goods I ordered arrived but the order was short - the delivery note confirmed that I would be partially refunded - nothing was credited to my paypal account. I e-mailed the company and am yet to have an acknowledgement, never mind a partial refund ,,, and that was a month ago! I am now awaiting acknowledgement of a 2nd e-mail and a refund.
Two more products I also ordered at the same time arrived faulty due being past the 'sell by' date - 2 Bareminerals lipglosses I received, the caps just completely crumbled when I tried to get into them and the labels disintegrated - they were old, had gone brittle and surely not fit for purpose - how can a company sell such out of date stock - I am still also awaiting a refund for these! AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT QUALITY AND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This company has taken my money but my order has never arrived - no way of contacting them as their email for customer services and info isn’t functioning.

Not sure if this is a legit company very worried I've lost my money and it won't be delivered there is nothing on them nor any customer reviews well a few bad ones and good ones from 2016 not sure if they are still running
